20/08/2026: Really cozy café in Middelfart. The beautiful garden is a little oasis in the middle of the city, and the coffee is really good. Perfect place for a quiet coffee break and some homemade cheesecake.

20/08/2026: Lovely café. We enjoyed a delicious lunch, good coffee and a fantastic cheesecake. The cozy courtyard really makes Café Apotekerhaven something special.

07/09/2026: We stopped here for refreshments while passing through, and the selection was so good we had a hard time choosing. The sandwiches, cinnamon sticks, and brownies were all simply delicious and highly recommended! Definitely worth a stop or a short detour; it's already planned as a stopover on our way back.

07/09/2026: The food was absolutely delicious, both the sandwiches and the cinnamon sticks. I could complain that the saleswoman didn't speak English, but that didn't matter because she was friendly and we don't speak Danish either.

01/11/2025: Was here on holiday, stayed at a hotel in vandal so would often use this as a quick meal in. Food is 10/10 very quick turn around on food so not waiting an age for it… highly recommend

10/09/2026: A super cozy pub, traditional and incredibly charming. A bartender whose friendliness is second to none, an atmosphere that invites you to linger, a place that couldn't be more inviting. We had a fantastic time here and will definitely be back. An absolute must for every visitor to this beautiful place. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

18/09/2026: If you come without a reservation, you should probably just find somewhere else to eat. One thing is that there is a wait. That's fine and on me as a guest for not having booked a table. But when you wait 45 minutes to be seated, and then you can just sit and watch the waiters clear other tables and close the restaurant down, without them even looking in your direction to come and take your order, well, you get a little tired. We waited for 20 minutes, where we really tried to make eye contact with a waiter so we could get them to take our order, but without success. We had to get up and go find food elsewhere. So I can't comment on the quality of the food or the atmosphere, but the service, that was lacking. (I also overheard some people coming out of the restaurant talking about having waited 45 minutes for service).

12/09/2026: A wonderful experience eating at Ryes. Excellent food and wine, friendly and professional waiters, beautiful view and cozy atmosphere. We will definitely visit them again.

06/08/2026: Lovely staff and I would love to support local, but the quality of your French bread is absolutely abysmal and I will no longer buy bread from you. It is dry, very dry and tasteless and cannot even be toasted as it just turns into a cloud of dust when you bite into it.

06/08/2026: We found this place on our way and thank goodness we did, because the pizza is excellent! The team is so polite and welcoming. I loved the tomato sauce—it seems to have herbs that make it really special!

30/07/2026: We were there a few days ago, reminiscing about times gone by. The food is more like the lowest-level fast-food joint, but the prices are four-star. The cutlery and furniture are truly disgusting.

23/07/2026: Bought 4 soft ice today. Quite expensive but no more so than the other Blaavand places, but they did not taste very well compared to them. Contemplated returning but had walked too far too far before we all agreed something was not right. Slightly concerned it had gone off but probably just some type none of us liked

07/08/2026: If we could give 6 stars we would! Had a late dinner when we strolled around Kolding Storcenter on a simple Friday before closing time. Stumbled upon good old Cafe Eiffel and while we stood looking at the menu and assessing our hunger, a friendly waiter (who apparently owns the place) came to us ahead of time and asked what we wanted.. 15 minutes later we had been through a really pleasant and friendly conversation, got just what we wanted and even got delicious tastings of various wines as well as professional explanations about the wine topic, since the person actually has many, many years of experience in wine. We got an experience out of it and what we expected we must say.. food and drink went so well together. We know the place but have become even more positive after today.

24/08/2026: Tasty food, generous portions, friendly owner who took our order even though we arrived close to closing time, quick service, comfortable seating in spacious eating area, good range of options on the menu, bit of parking out front, easy to find.
