15/10/2025: In Midals Krolfklub we celebrated the end of the year with Fjordhotellet's Ta' selv bord. There was herring, open sandwiches, warm dishes and dessert - everything was tasty, fresh and delicious. The staff was attentive and nice. You did everything you could to ensure we had a pleasant end. Thank you very much.

16/08/2025: Friendly service. Delicious food. It's not exactly a restaurant, but it's definitely delicious. And the food was beautifully presented, which, by Danish standards, was excellent value for money. We expected what we expected.

09/11/2025: Too bad you can't give 0 stars. We order food via Wolt, as none of us are able to pick up the food ourselves. When it arrives, there is no kebab on the kebab mix we paid for. I then call them to correct this mistake they have made. I ask them to send me a new one so I can have something to eat, but I am just told that I can pick it up myself or have it for my own use. I do not accept this and say that I probably would not have ordered from Wolt for delivery if I was able to pick up the food myself. I keep my word, but get a slightly agitated man on the phone, who does not have the shadow of good customer service. If it is really the case that you cannot get help when they make a mistake, then they should probably consider checking whether their order is correct and not missing anything before they send it out to the customers. It should be said that the food was with them for over 40 minutes before it was picked up by Wolt, so there was plenty of time to check if everything was correct. I will definitely not be ordering food from them again.

23/12/2025: I have no expectations for hotels and the service industry in Europe; I'm just looking for something passable. But these two nights have been a terrible experience. The moment I opened the door, I was hit with an unpleasant odor. Even after opening the doors and windows to ventilate, the smell wouldn't dissipate. Later, I discovered that the blankets, pillows, and towels all smelled of sweat. It was incredibly difficult to fall asleep in such a smelly bed. The smell was slightly less intense the second night. So I figured it was the previous guest's lingering odor. I wanted to tell the front desk, but there was no one there. Parking downstairs is paid. There was no kettle in the room, nor any tea or coffee packets. There was no service guide, only a QR code for scanning. The bathroom had hand soap, shower gel, tissues, a hairdryer, and disposable cups. The faucets and tissue box were gleaming. I saw a guest review saying they were kicked out of the restaurant by staff. The staff explained that it was because the guest was eating instant noodles they brought themselves. Honestly, if there's a kettle in the room, who would go to the restaurant to eat instant noodles? The good thing is that there's Wi-Fi.

23/12/2025: Really nice room and bathroom, super delicious breakfast buffet. Don't know the price. Since it was a format. But nice surroundings. Parking in Vejle city is definitely impossible, and crazy expensive, so take the train! It's not the hotel's fault though :)

12/12/2025: Food: are thoughtfully served, where pastries are warmed a bit to get a freshly baked taste. Prices are regular/higher than usual. Eg. Ribbensteg burger at 99kr. Service is excellent, thoughtful, friendly and courteous. Atmosphere is superb, a very cozy stop over to be in. Nice lounge with designer chairs to hang out, there’s a playground outside, and a nature trail. Toilets are available at 5kr, paid by bank card. And one can scan a code outside the toilet to get 2,50kr off a purchase from the shop.

24/10/2025: Its quite unfortunate that the tiny rooms gave tiny desks but there are no power receptacles anywhere close to the tiny desks so not a good fit for business travelers

21/10/2025: I give it 2 points because the rooms were clean and the service was attentive and friendly. Of course, it's not always advisable to ventilate at the airport, as there's a lot of exhaust fumes in the air. The only downside is that (in unfavorable winds) the ventilation blows the airport air into the room, and you can smell every takeoff. We had to leave early because my son had a lot of trouble getting air at night. The ventilation couldn't be turned off, so it felt like a sleeping garage. Breakfast was OK - unfortunately, the cutlery and cups weren't clean and had to be thoroughly cleaned before use. The toilet (in all rooms) is squashed into the corner so that you end up with the toilet roll on your lap when you sit down. The spare toilet roll hangs right next to the toilet bowl, so you have to unwind the first few layers to avoid wiping your bottom with the sprinkled paper. The toilet seat seems to belong to a different model, so you're always sitting on the bowl.

29/12/2025: Everything is perfect! The food quality is excellent and the staff is super friendly and helpful. A lot of different spectacular dishes to choose from, would definitely recommend trying it out!

29/09/2025: Great place with lots of options. The slot machines are a bit worn out and a few of them didn't wave as intended and didn't have a not working sign on them. Drink ordering etc. Works great through the app or at the bar

20/09/2025: We had ordered 4 lanes for 17 people to bowl, there was a "system error" so we were asked to wait 2 hours for our lane to be ready In addition, the cutlery in the restaurant is not clean, the food is incredibly boring, and you have to wait almost 30 minutes to receive your drinks Incompetent service, lacking employees who can take responsibility

20/10/2025: I do not recommend you to shop at this grill bar/pizza hut, especially if you want to eat flame-fried burgers, steaks, because they could not manage that at all in any possible way..‼️ I instead looked at the menu at their neighbor, Mødestedet in Brørup. (At Alice) Where you can get cutlery delivered. The Meeting Place With fresh coffee, the opportunity to play cobbler billiards, and dark, and watch sports on TV The sweet woman who was on duty at the Meeting Place was a little hungry, so I walked the few meters around and in to order some barbecue food, which I later bitterly regretted..‼️💯😥 The "house" largest burger, with flame-fried steak of 250 grams of meat, (not sure it was pure beef) with bacon and cheese, (real cheese?, Looked strange.) Since there is a burger on the menu, with pickled cucumbers in it, and with More, I ordered pickled cucumbers in addition, which triggered a surcharge in the price of 10 kroner, (surcharge for extra, is completely in place and expected. (there were only 7 slices of small pickled cucumbers, from the bottom shelf, corresponding to a kilo price of approximately 3500.- per kilo.) At the same time, a large tray of fries, with ketchup and mayo, which also triggers a surcharge of 10.- kroner An order of 151.- kroner, for not really a lot of food really .‼️💯 even pick-up. There were at least 8 people working in the small shop, so they can expect to get busy at some point. When I handed in my order, I explicitly said that the steak in the burger should not have much. The woman who took my order was even in the kitchen to ask (ethnic Dane, just new, which everyone seems to have been, Saturday, October 18.) I ask if one of the young people can come in with the food when it is ready, she goes to the kitchen and comes to the counter, with information that it triggers delivery.. I ask how much their delivery costs, which is 30.-‼️💯 That while I am standing and waiting for food, I can see into the kitchen, where something that looks like frozen minced meat is being thrown meat, on a frying pan, and a guy comes out of the kitchen and into the dishes, to me, at the counter, and asks if I also want the ingredients that usually come with it, in the form of cucumber and tomato..⁉️💯😥 I say that I want everything so that they will be the best burger of the day, I say again that the steak should not be fried very much..‼️💯 CHECK, Shouts the guy, all the while running back to the kitchen, and passing on information to those who are preparing the food, "Fresh from the freezer" (the door into the barrel cage is in the washing-up area, between the kitchen and the restaurant.) The steak was completely ruined, not only overcooked (So even before it got on the pan). The tomato was small, lumpy pieces, a single piece of cucumber, there was no onion in it at all, basically just the bottom of regular lettuce.
