01/01/2026: Stars for the location. The breakfast was a bit boring…the eggs were hard boiled and the fruit was not fresh. Also got a half rotten cucumber 😔 The room was a nice size and nice bathroom. However, they could use new beds!

24/12/2025: Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to use the accommodation booked at the Scandic Olympic Hotel. Despite numerous requests a week in advance, the hotel manager refused to cancel the reservation and refund the money.

02/02/2026: Quick stop at the drive-in to celebrate the victory for Esbjerg Energy. It all went quickly.

19/01/2026: Unfortunately, it wasn't much like a fast-food restaurant. The wait was almost 20 minutes – disappointing.

29/12/2025: Everything is perfect! The food quality is excellent and the staff is super friendly and helpful. A lot of different spectacular dishes to choose from, would definitely recommend trying it out!

26/10/2025: Delicious sushi. Not everything was included in the all you can eat

12/02/2026: Nice play area, however, cleaning is lacking and in general the place is a bit shabby.

13/12/2025: I was actually close to giving Maximum 2 stars, so a smaller one I ended up doing and there is a good reason for that I think, but the rest simply drags it down a lot. The whole idea of ​​Maximum is really good and you have to say that the new activities are good, BUT how sad it is that the rest of the facilities just don't follow suit. This is about the restaurant which I remember was really good when they opened, but it almost looks like itself from back then and unfortunately you can see and feel it. The food is OK, but not worth writing about I think, it's the same as it always has been and it doesn't seem like there's much innovation there. The furnishings are worn out and it may seem like a silly thing to mention, but I personally think that helps create a good experience. The staff seems more like they would rather talk internally than be present on the floor and that's a shame. I know it's not a gourmet restaurant, but that's why I still think the employee should make themselves visible and be attentive, I think that's the minimum requirement. The toilet facilities are also a separate issue. It doesn't look like they are cleaned regularly and like the rest of the equipment, really worn out. It's really a shame because I remember Maximum as a really good place and it can probably be that again if they just get the last few things sorted out. You can always hope. 🤞

15/10/2025: In Midals Krolfklub we celebrated the end of the year with Fjordhotellet's Ta' selv bord. There was herring, open sandwiches, warm dishes and dessert - everything was tasty, fresh and delicious. The staff was attentive and nice. You did everything you could to ensure we had a pleasant end. Thank you very much.

28/07/2025: very cozy surroundings. Super good breakfast. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the breakfast with a view of the marina.

02/02/2026: Ate in the restaurant. Even on a busy Friday with lots of take-aways, he had time to ask if everything was okay. Delicious food, large portions and nice premises.

29/11/2025: Spyddet is a place that really knows how to deliver honest, tasty barbecue food. As soon as you walk in, you notice a nice and informal atmosphere, where the staff greets you and makes you feel welcome. The service is both smiling and efficient, and it is clear that they care about their guests having a good experience. The food is what really makes the place worth visiting. The barbecue skewers are juicy, spicy and perfectly cooked. Their hummus, falafel and side dishes taste freshly made and authentic, and the portions are large without seeming heavy. The prices are also very reasonable, especially in relation to the quality – you really feel that you are getting something for your money.

28/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sana's Pizzeria is absolutely amazing! The pizzas taste fresh, the crust is crispy, and there is always the perfect amount of toppings. The smell alone makes you hungry, and you can feel that love is put into each and every pizza. The staff is super nice and makes you feel welcome from the first second. All in all, a place you always come back to – the best pizzeria in town without a doubt!

15/01/2026: Unfortunately, it's been getting worse and worse for years. This isn't limited to this particular branch. It's just how the company wants it. Expensive and bad. It's a shame; back in the '80s, McDonald's was a place you actually enjoyed going to. Now we only stop by to use the restroom 🫣🙃
