21/05/2026: Went with former DFDS colleagues today for a lovely dinner with fantastic food. Stop by for some well-prepared homemade food, no pouring anything out of containers. Nice staff and no stress even though the place was full 😋😋😋😋😋

The only thing was the older waiter who was really grumpy and not customer friendly. She complained about the children to the other guests, not very professional.

29/12/2025: We stayed overnight there on our way to northern Denmark. Everyone there is incredibly friendly, both in email communication and in person. The price-performance ratio is excellent, and the breakfast is very good.

06/01/2026: They were so nice to make me a fresh sandwich without what I was allergic to, as the ones they had made all had tomato in them. Not many places go that extra step so that made me very happy. The rest of the cakes and bread they bought was top tier

Super delicious Palak paneer and Butter chicken.
My son just loved the Butter chicken so much .. as he is very choosy and doesn’t like food easily ,from Indian restaurants.
We loved the palak paneer , the portion was so big too ..
5⭐️from us.

05/05/2026: Cheese and bacon burger. A quiet and cosy place. One man running the restaurant. Great burger and fries, and the prices are good value by danish standards. I didn't have any of the middle eastern dishes but the burger was great. Excellent

24/08/2026: Really nice surroundings, large selection of drinks and friendly service.
But the food was simply so bad! Paris steak, where the steak was cold and fish plate, where everything was dry.
Everyone at the table agreed that it was the worst food they had had at a restaurant in a very long time.

Located close to Aabenraa and other cities that are worth a visit and also close to the German border if you need to do a little shopping. Highly recommended

Lovely food. Salmon for starters and a buffet with rare roast beef. It tasted great and the plates were constantly refilled.

11/08/2025: Had the opportunity to stroll the old town surrounding this property after our wedding. We loved meeting the townsfolk and sharing the beauty of these surroundings. There was an event going on and we were able to meet some friendly faces here. Would recommend stopping by for a stay or a bite to eat in the restaurant.
27/07/2025: It's lovely, clean and beautiful here. ONE serious thing, near number 9 there was a loud noise all night long that kept me awake. I wondered where it came from. Now we're sitting on the terrace and we can still hear it clearly. It's running and stopping all night long. There's also noise from cars, but it's quieted down
Would like to know what it is? And I recommend that you do something about it.
