07/06/2025: Can't be compared to McDonald's in Germany. 1. Cleanliness, really top-notch. 2. Speed, I barely ordered and it was already ready. 3. No mistakes, even though I ordered special requests, everything was perfect. 4. Hot 🔥, the food was hot. And now the best part: the store was packed both inside and at the drive-thru. Thank you for that, I will definitely visit you again.

25/05/2025: This is not meant for this specific McD but all of them in general... I'm starting to get real sick and tired of their cardboard lids! They are in no possible way ideal for "on the go". I can no longer count on my fingers how many times my drink has spilled out over me, because the cup/lid gave out to the humidity. I get that the plastic cups with plastic lids are bad for the environment, but at least my clothes where dry when I used them!

13/06/2025: We ordered the menu with starter, main course and dessert. The starter was delicious, it left me wanting more, as for the main course, my fish was almost raw, it would have been great to cook it a little longer, the sauce and potatoes that came with the dish were not enough, we had to ask for refills and that made us a little uncomfortable, the dessert was OK, nothing surprising. I don't know if we will go back again.

01/06/2025: We have NEVER had worse service... Or rather lack thereof. The clerk is leaning over the counter, phone on speaker. She just looks up and continues writing. It's obviously the boss who calls in the next day's orders. No hello and just a moment. No, my husband stood in the store for 6 minutes (started taking time when nothing happened). The young girl was completely indifferent to my husband standing in the middle of the store, she just continued writing and talking on the phone that was still on the counter. Finally I went in and got my husband out. So maybe you should consider that when customers come in, you say a moment to the boss on the phone and quickly get the customers processed..

01/05/2025: At first had challenges getting coupons to work, was met by a friendly manager trainee who took the order at the till. Since it was take away, we only find out when we get back that the order does not match what we paid for and ordered.

23/03/2025: We come often to eat with co-workers while we were working in the area. Nice place to rest, the offer is quite standard: pasta, salads and burgers/sandwiches. Prices are average. They have special offers until 2pm with reduced prices. It's well presented, good fries but the meat tends to be a bit overcooked

06/06/2025: I am invited to a “roasted eel evening” in connection with Father’s Day, which my mother books a table for 1 month in advance, I am happy to drive 1 hour from Vejle to Assens for such an evening. My boyfriend and I arrive well in advance, so that together with my parents we can enjoy Restaurant Maagen’s nice terrace overlooking the water. We order drinks and inform the staff that we would like to jump in if there is a table free earlier than our reservation at 19:15. Unfortunately this is not possible. Since it is 19:15, we are told that we will have to wait a little longer before there is a place - fortunately it only took 10 minutes. We get a table and now wait another 15 minutes before a young waiter notices that we have not yet received a drink - he takes our order. 5 minutes later he comes back and says that there is unfortunately no more eel. My body trembles with frustration, the waiter looks like a 16-year-old boy who has to pass on this information. We approach the staff at the bar and are told that Thomas (the restaurateur) will come out to talk to us. We wait a long time for that, and my parents are eaten up with a gift card for 1000 kr. Thomas, if you ever read the reviews at your restaurant, I want to tell you that it is bad style when you send a young guy to be the messenger of such bad news (the boy shook). And that you do not take the bull by the horns in the bar afterwards. You are to blame for my worst experience at a restaurant, and a 1000 kr gift card does not outweigh such a thing. However, do not take new guests in from the street, and prioritize those who have booked a table in advance. I definitely wasted my money and evening on you.
