19/05/2026: All in all, very disappointing and not suitable for business trips. No staffed reception. You're charged immediately when you call! Absolutely rude and terrible service on the phone, and then you're expected to do everything yourself. A proper invoice can't be issued because supposedly everything is automated, and you have no control over the invoices you generate—I can fool myself just fine, thank you. The room was a mixed bag. Breakfast was nothing special, but it had everything you needed. Friendly staff at breakfast.

24/04/2026: Not quite sure about allergens, unfortunately. Asked if they had a lactose-free cake, the employee looked in a folder and said that the cakes without nuts were lactose-free. It seemed that almost all the cakes had whipped cream on top, so I took one without whipped cream. There were obviously nuts inside the cake itself and therefore also lactose. So we had a birthday boy who didn't enjoy his birthday very much. Practice.

03/02/2026: Ok in a quick turnaround, Brunswick has reached boring 2:30 PM The best thing is French bread, rolls seemed like they were from the day before.

19/09/2025: Hmmm.. we probably won't be back. We had been looking forward to pan-fried plaice with potatoes and parsley sauce. The fish didn't have much meat on it and it was pretty dry. The potatoes were either reheated or from a vacuum pack. And yes, there wasn't much sauce.

16/06/2026: Ordered a schnitzel with poms but was really disappointed. The poms were soft and the schnitzel was just fried, not what I expected at those prices. I'll probably find other places to eat next time.

12/05/2026: The staff is attentive to the guests both when you arrive and when you are finished eating, now we used the app well enough, but if you have to pay full price I have to say that the portions are a bit small, but the food tastes good. The music was a bit loud in relation to the room and the crowd.

23/07/2026: After a day in legoland this restaurant was perfect with a buffet in the evening. I liked all the food, and kids enjoyed it too.

18/07/2026: There wasn't much food to choose from on the menu. The food was cold. No dressing for the salad. Not a recommendation from here. But the staff was very friendly.

22/03/2025: Mhhhhh.... Well... The burger was ok... The fries were absolutely terrible, but I have never eaten such soggy fries in my life. There was no crunch or crispness so they were pretty much shit. The burger was excellent... But I would 1000 times rather choose retro burger or the other was umbrella city where you get a delicious menu for 75kr it was much better crispy fries delicious simple burger rather than spending 190kr.

09/04/2026: What a lovely place! You can buy all ceramics to-be-paintes in store, the staff was super friendly, helpful, and nice. The normal time for firing was 6 days, but since we were tourist, our ceramics were ready already the day after! Highly recommended!

29/03/2026: Complaint regarding experience at Café Kaffekop. I am writing to express my great dissatisfaction with our experiences at Café Kaffekop in connection with both a previous visit and the “Clay and Diapers” event in the mothers’ group. On our first visit, I came home with a cup that had obvious yellow discolorations after firing. When I contacted them, I was told that it was my own fault because I had allegedly not applied enough glaze – despite the fact that the owner himself had helped paint it afterwards and guided us on how to do it. The cup was subsequently re-glazed and now looks fine, which I appreciate and recognize as good service in that situation. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at the “Clay and Diapers” event in the mothers’ group. Almost everything we made ended up either breaking, getting the wrong colors or being so poorly made that it cannot be used. The owner was present and available throughout the event, and there was ample opportunity to guide and instruct us along the way. In addition, the owner himself made the “balloons” on the plate, where the glaze has clearly flowed out. The final result therefore also appears defective here, and we believe that this should have been done with greater care and precision. Despite this, we still experienced that the result was put on us, which we do not agree with. In our opinion, it is the organizer’s responsibility to ensure clear guidance and sufficient support so that we get a satisfactory result – especially at a paid event with inexperienced participants. In addition, we also experienced that dissatisfaction with the result is not an isolated case. When someone from the mothers’ group picked up their pottery, another guest came at the same time who was also dissatisfied with their result. During the pick-up itself and during our own visit, there were also additional people present who expressed the same experience of dissatisfaction. This gives us the impression that there is a more general problem with the quality of the result. It is therefore our clear experience that the expectations for the event were not met and that the necessary support and quality assurance were lacking. It is very unfortunate to have spent both time and money on an experience that ended so disappointingly for the entire group. We hope that this feedback can be taken into account so that future events can be improved.

21/06/2026: The fish sandwiches and fish nuggets with fries taste good. The smoked fish is very firm, chewy, and somewhat dry.

09/06/2026: The young women are very polite. The fish was very bland, and the fries and fish were very greasy – there's a lot of room for improvement! It could definitely be better! Some things were already looking stale by 6 pm, for example, the lettuce leaves and the sauce on the roll were already discolored, which didn't look appetizing. I'm not used to that, so I opted for the fish box, but as I said, that was a mistake. And right by the sea – I just can't understand it! What a shame! ☹️ Never again.

19/03/2026: Insane service, first time I come and they are welcoming and give extra good service 10/10! Thanks for the food and soda! Will come again even though I'm from far away!
