23/10/2025: A lovely place for a delicious meal. We were greeted well in English, and everything was clearly explained. There's a menu to choose from, but you can also create your own sandwich from all the fresh ingredients available. My son put together a Hawaiian sandwich, because he's familiar with it, and we went for a sandwich from the menu. Combinations you don't necessarily find in the Netherlands, but it was delicious! With full bellies and in good spirits, we headed back outside.

13/10/2025: Good sandwiches, but the price seems a bit high for the size. Tried one of their pizza snails, it was completely inedible, as if it had been sitting out for at least a day.

09/05/2025: Warning to everyone who is considering becoming a volunteer at Cafe Paraplyen! This place is without a doubt the worst place to volunteer. A close family member has worked hard for you for a long time – taking shifts, turning up at short notice, being loyal and committed. And how is she thanked? By being slandered, ostracized and exposed to direct adult bullying from other volunteers. It's deeply personal and so disgusting it's hard to fathom😡🙄 Just because she has ADHD and dares to speak her mind and come up with ideas, she is made a scapegoat. No one bothered to take shifts with her, sleep in the same room on trips, or cooperate. She was labeled and isolated - all because you apparently cannot accommodate people who do not fit into your narrow "normal". The umbrella brags about spaciousness and openness, but it's a total joke. Your "inclusion" only applies as long as you don't deviate too much🤨 If you have a diagnosis or struggle mentally, you are obviously not welcome. I am honestly appalled at how low you can sink in your treatment of volunteers! The umbrella should be ashamed. I will never set foot in your cafe again - and can only warn others with diagnoses or vulnerabilities: Stay far away.

20/09/2025: We got lost and we wanted to eat at 20:30 and it says it is open on the app but they said that they are closed very flagmatic, don’t recommend

16/09/2025: I had a short but very, very nice stay on this island! Peace and quiet. Peace and quiet again. If you want to escape the stress of home, please stay in a holiday home here. You might see the large tractors driving visitors back and forth, but when this is over and you can take an evening stroll on the mudflats or the beach, it's pure relaxation.

19/08/2025: Great little snack bar right off the highway. Plenty of choices for adults and kids alike. The burgers are amazing and freshly prepared! The service is very friendly.

29/07/2025: Really nice grill bar. Good portion sizes that fill you up at a reasonable price. Not the cheapest but you get something for your money.

28/02/2026: Good and well-seasoned, which the whole family likes. The place gets a high recommendation from me

27/02/2026: I scheduled an order using Wolt 3 hours before the delivery - at the time that I placed the order, the restaurant was not even open yet. The order was more than 30 minutes late, when I realised that the restaurant was trying to fulfil the delivery themselves. When I called, they told me that they're a little busy and will let me know when they're on the way. I had scheduled a delivery ahead of time to avoid such situations, and the restaurant couldn't even plan ahead? First time trying and not sure if I would want to order from them again..

08/02/2026: I told him to give me a box for 55kr, he then makes a dish and puts it in that shawarma tray for 90kr with exactly the same amount in it, even though I clearly asked for a box. Is that how you do business?

13/11/2025: The pancake is baked fresh to order. Tasting of various salsas. The most delicious durum roll I have ever tried.

30/12/2025: Very cheap for the food which tasted reasonably good.

08/11/2025: then the era of super delicious smiley pizzas is over. have been a regular customer for a very long time and the quality has always been super good. Today I got a completely runny pizza where the filling actually ran off the pizza, and when I called to complain, the person I had CLEARLY seen making my pizza said that "he would continue with it" super bad service he did not take responsibility for it. I have then talked to others who have also had runny pizzas lately. Super shame I have been happy with smiley but simply do not want to buy there again.

08/08/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic experience at Phi Phi ApS in Kerteminde We had a thoroughly wonderful evening at Phi Phi ApS. The food was a real pleasure, fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. Each dish was full of flavour and love for the ingredients. The service was top class: friendly, attentive and with a smile that made us feel welcome from the first second. The atmosphere was cosy and relaxed, and we left both full and happy with the desire to come back again soon. Thank you for a fantastic evening with lovely food, excellent service and an experience we will remember for a long time. Regards Peter and Bettina

19/07/2025: TL;DR not worth your time. Very mediocre Asian-fusion. The food we ordered came out after about an hour of waiting!! The prices are high, even for a good meal, SO you can imagine how upset I am when the food I got was not that good. Would not come back again.

25/09/2025: Garden seating on both sides of the street. Self-service. Reasonable prices, interesting atmosphere. A perfect place to spend a pleasant evening.

05/11/2025: Super cozy Bodega! Unfortunately they had forgotten our reservation, but luckily they quickly got it sorted 🙌🏻 (good thing we popped in briefly, an hour before we were supposed to be there)

26/10/2025: You can smoke here, a nice selection of regular beer and drinks at good prices, a real brown pub, several of them

11/10/2025: The food and service were really good! It was great that there was a sandbox in the middle of the floor for children.
