13/10/2024: Snoghøjgrillen has gradually become my go-to place when hunger strikes after a long day! I have eaten there many times now and they never disappoint. The food is always of high quality at a super fair price - really good value for money. Their roast pork sandwich is simply a dream – juicy and crispy at the same time, just the way it should be. And then I have to mention the cucumber salad, it is so delicious, sour and crisp that it could be eaten alone! The portions are always large, so you never go home hungry, and their menus are right in the cupboard, regardless of whether you want grilled sausages, steak sandwiches or a classic burger. The staff are always smiling and welcoming - you really feel welcome from the moment you enter. I can only recommend Snoghøjgrillen - it's the place where good food and a good atmosphere go hand in hand

26/11/2024: It is BEAUTIFULLY NICE hotel. Delicious food. Nice rooms. But I will never come again. Never in my life have I been to a hotel where I have felt so unwanted and unwelcome. Because there is no management and administration that is REALLY felt. No "good morning. Welcome to". "Do you need anything". No outreach hospitality, No one present at the reception. When they were there on request, they were absent and didn't quite know how their own system worked. On the contrary, we had to ask ourselves for the service and help we needed. More in vain than successfully. The way the hotel is run is like arriving in another century. ❌️ ONE. A small, slow elevator will take us all from the ground floor down to breakfast. And up again. It takes several minutes which none of us have as we are not here to take a holiday unfortunately. There are no stairs otherwise!! ❌️ upon arrival all doors were locked and I struggled in vain with 2 bags and a third +25kg on my back, tired after 3 hours of driving, to find a door/entrance. Had to enter through the restaurant. My colleague had to wait a long time to be checked in, even after a long journey. Also around 9pm. ❌️ SPECIFICALLY asked that they not clean my room as it was not necessary. Also to take care of the environment (save towel washing). As well as save their time. Furthermore, vet was not necessary as I, like the other soldiers, left early and came home late. ❌️ anyway, ALL the towels had been replaced and a unique piece of jewelry had disappeared from the desk! It's not okay. Not meant as theft but as sloppiness on the part of the cleaning staff who did not respect that I did not want cleaning. Still haven't received help to get my jewelry replaced. ❌️ over several days I haven't had a bath as the bathroom is FREEZING, uninsulated and unheated. The room is not in the main building. ❌️ The water drain in the bathroom is not made so that the water runs down the drain, but unfortunately out into the entire bathroom. In my and my colleagues' rooms. ❌️ it is incredibly difficult to adjust the temperature in the rooms (also for my colleagues) which are either freezing cold or far too hot. ❌️ on Wednesday and 3 times on Thursday, the stairs down to the rooms outside the main building were ICE. With a high layer of ice after slush earlier. Nothing was done even though I mentioned it several times. ❌️ The receptionist when I call them up is not really there. Is absent and not focused on helping or finding a solution to what I am calling about, including replacement of jewellery.

04/01/2025: We held a company Christmas lunch on site and it cannot be recommended to others. There wasn't much of herring and curry salad. The fish fillet was cold and dry. Tartlets were ok. Meatballs, Mediterranean sausage was dry and tasteless. Roast pork was also tasteless and completely without crispy skin. Beef was okay. Side dishes such as potatoes and red cabbage were adequate. Kale was ok but the white cabbage was totally tasteless and watery. Rice salamander and cheese was fine. But at DKK 1000 per envelope, I had completely different expectations. A shame, as the place otherwise has a tradition of good food.

11/12/2024: Good food and atmosphere. Super good service. Cozy premises and an incredibly beautiful garden. There will be a number of small, intimate concerts in the garden. Perfectly located with a view over Vejle. Direct view of Vejle's landmark Bølgen. Really worth a visit. On the other side of the road is Dyrehaven. Then a new restaurateur came on board. However, it is the worst experience. Christmas lunch: Too little food and poorly prepared. Really a bad experience.

11/12/2024: Their pizza and Durum are good, but their ability to deliver takeaway is abysmal. I know it says approx. time, but when you're consistently 30 minutes late it's just not good enough.

20/11/2024: Got the most delicious Durum 😀 Durum Special for only DKK 75, big and delicious! Full of good flavors and fresh ingredients, will definitely come again when I'm in these parts! The service is top notch!!

04/12/2024: Got a very boring Christmas burger with pan-fried dry rib roast.☹️ Boring surroundings.

24/11/2024: Came across this cozy place during a stay in November, where we were going to Svendborg Theater the following evening. The 3 young people who looked after the place this Tuesday were super service minded and served the best Ribeye steak we have had this year. The building was old in need of an overhaul, but it was nice and clean everywhere. Would love to come here again.

03/10/2024: Best pizzas in Aabenraa and really good and friendly service

02/10/2024: Got the biggest and tastiest pita kebab I've ever had. Lots of meat filling and the dressing I wanted in it.

14/08/2024: Very Good pizza, I dont eat such a good quality pizza like this in my life, so delicious and made with fresh ingredients, I'm from Italy I've eaten pizza in every country in Europe, I eat pizza like this for the first time! Highly Recomanded

19/05/2024: Pissing good kebab. I have been here four times now. Ahmed makes it exactly as you want. Recommendable.

03/11/2024: A typical snack bar with relevant dishes. We enjoyed hot dogs and Pølsemix. And the ordering process was unproblematic and friendly. Clear recommendation. Tip: It is best to share the Pølsemix between two people, otherwise there is a risk of space. 😉

11/09/2024: After a long search, we came across this snack bar where our ritual could finally be carried out. Hot dog, oil and fries! It was tasty, the service was friendly, the “dining room” was clean but somewhat simply furnished. We'll be back!

15/08/2024: Really good burgers, freshly made and very friendly service. We were totally positively surprised.

16/07/2024: Nice shop, absolutely nice service. I had a jalapeno burger as a menu which is totally recommended. Always my pleasure.
