De bedste restauranter i Syddanmark

21/06/2025: I was going to fill up after a long day, and then went in and bought a hotdog. The hotdog cost 39 kr. and that's what it is, but the fact that I get the driest sausage on this earth and the driest bread, plus they only put 2 small drops of French dressing in it, gives it less than 1 star. Totally disappointing for that price!

07/07/2025: McDonald’s in Denmark has become an expensive circus – and we are the clowns if we keep paying for it. It used to be fast, cheap and filling. Today it’s just petty, expensive and downright disrespectful to people’s wallets. 15 kr for a hamburger. 15 kr for a cheeseburger. But the cheeseburger menu costs 75 kr, and the hamburger menu 69 kr? What is this magical cheese slice that suddenly costs 6 kr extra if you also want fries and a drink? Is it gourmet brie from the Moon? The French fries? 30 kr for a small handful that wouldn’t feed a guinea pig. And the dip? 9 kr. N-I. For a plastic bucket of dressing that you dip into 10 times, after which you sit and scrape like a hungry idiot trying to get the last of it out. It’s not food – it’s a test of patience. And speaking of drinks… 34 kr for a large soda. 34! That's not a soda – it's an economic assault. I can get 1.5 liters on the grill or two in Netto for that price. Here you get a medium-tame round of flavor, mostly ice, and a plastic lid that always sits crooked. The only thing missing is a sticker saying "thank you for being ripped off". One thing McDonald's should have, though: The coffee. It's actually sitting right in the cupboard. Cheap, hot and tastes of something. So maybe they should just close the food department and open as a coffee shop instead – that would be more honest. I don't have children, but I still get served kids' food – at adult prices with additional VAT on top of disappointment. When even the local grill beats McD on both taste, satiety and price, then it's not fast food – it's slow ruin. The food still tastes ok. But the bill certainly doesn't.

07/08/2025: The management must have changed. Monday we went there for Wraps and Coffee. We ordered extra bacon and extra cheese. The cheese piece was so small, it was hardly to see. The bacon was not in there at all. We complained and got rudly dismissed from the manager ( women, curly hair, a bit wide in the hipps, dark skin, blue shirt) The wrap was done very sloppy. Yesterday- Wednesday, I got ice cream for my son and myself. I ordered McFlurry biscuit with extra caramel sauce and one sunde with extra chocolat sauce and extra smarties. The extra caramel sauce was missin, the extra smarties as well. It was yesterday around 20:35, when I arrived. The backside in the kitchen was dirty, the trash piled up, some of the workers worked without gloves!) The staff is from unfriendly up to rude. A lot of things are often sold out ( like Milkshake and MoccaFrapé ) It is not clean! For us, that was it for this McDonalds.

05/08/2025: Unhealthy children's food, and easy for tired parents. Mc Donalds and co. cheat on quality. They sell air. 💨

06/09/2025: A lovely place to spend an afternoon enjoying beer, hot chocolate, and/or hot dogs, meeting other tourists, and chatting. You can also get good tips for small problems (e.g., "Where can I find a good hairdresser nearby?") or even bigger problems ("Nail in my tire - who can fix it nearby?")

03/09/2025: Today the wife and I got a bad burger with bad fries and coke! .. the so-called steak seemed cooked, was greasy and soaked in mayo dressing so it was inedible. We forgot what we usually do, namely check reviews. Will never get 416kr out the window again!.

24/08/2025: We had dinner on Friday. Very good food. On Sunday we had Brunch. Really nice staff. Helpful.

15/07/2025: My family and I ate here and upon arrival we were warmly welcomed 😊 2 children (1 and 9 years old) I ordered a Rib eye which looked good but it was very sinewy and needed a lot of chewing. I tell one of the waiters as I could also hear the table behind me commenting on this. They were so nice to prepare a new one and this one was almost the same or even worse unfortunately, I informed the staff about this and they said they would tell the kitchen. After that we get no information, or a “we are sorry it was not to your taste” or anything. And after that we felt ignored by the staff, which unfortunately leaves us with a bad impression 😔

03/06/2025: I ordered a steak of Danish organic sirloin and got a carpaccio as a starter. Just because of the sirloin, I would definitely visit the restaurant again. The service was also VERY good. If you are coming from out of town, or staying overnight, you should try Restaurant Ryes. /S

28/07/2025: very cozy surroundings. Super good breakfast. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the breakfast with a view of the marina.

03/05/2025: Went down today to get a grilled suckling pig with creamed potatoes, salad, bread chips, it tasted really good and there was enough of it and the rind was nice and crispy, the service was great, not the last time we come to eat.

06/04/2025: Authentic, old atmosphere. As if time has stood still for a while. Really good food. Got the dish of the day: the day's roast beef. 'Local' brewed soft drink from Ribe. Sweet and friendly service. Fast operation. Two meals and four soft drinks under DKK 400. Room for tips.

29/07/2025: The shops are really nice but parking on the roof should be avoided at all costs.. only possible with app and beep expensive.. park right next to the center where there are 2 hours free
