01/01/2026: Good delicious perfectly cooked steak with mashed potatoes with ham/bacon, and steakhouse sauce. Friendly and service-minded staff.
10/12/2025: It was absolutely terrible. Both the food and the service were the worst I have ever experienced in a “restaurant”. Is it foolish to review Jensens Bøfhus? Maybe a little. R.I.P.

29/11/2025: I had the wettest durum kebab ever at Ansager pizza. Fortunately, it tasted of absolutely nothing at all. Highly recommended if you like wet bread❤️

27/12/2025: Friendly service, cozy rooms, good tender ribs, however there were bone splinters that were not nice to have in the mouth, side dishes baked potatoes with herb butter and a boring salad.
After the meal we got a gin hash which was something ready mixed boring something.
26/12/2025: We were allowed to have a table if we promised to go again before the table was reserved. It turned into a simple refreshment and a game of the many board games you can borrow

30/06/2025: Ordered takeaway. Sadly disappointed in the food- not authentic.
All the stews tasted like they had been cooked with powdered broth (little carrot flakes and maggi taste as the giveaway). The Dorowot had not been cooked with berbere but tomato paste. The Gomen tasted like a cream spinach soup.
Have previously had great food from here a year ago.
The injera was good.

06/09/2025: "On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, I was with a friend in Esbjerg at Circle K. The price on the display was 12.99 DKK (approximately €1.74 per liter). Since we only had euros, I asked for the price. The employee actually said that with euros it would cost €5 per liter – almost triple! This is nothing more than cheating foreign customers. Something like this is a scandal and extremely customer-unfriendly. I strongly advise travelers not to fill up here."
