12/09/2026: We were craving hot dogs and searched forever for a place to get them; there was one, but you had to drive for a while... We were really surprised here, the hot dogs were pretty delicious.

25/08/2026: Friendly staff, super clean and tidy, food was great!

24/10/2026: We had really nice food and drinks. There is an exhibition about the dike in the back room. I have no idea if there are rooms here.

08/10/2026: Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. 1. Dogs are not allowed. 2. Service is really poor. 3. Price is too high. We took a walk to the lock today and thought we'd combine it with a snack at the restaurant. Unfortunately, we discovered that dogs weren't allowed inside. Okay, we thought, no big deal. It was stormy, but there were tables outside sheltered from the wind. We wanted to order fish and chips. Unfortunately, we were told that the fryer was broken and they didn't have any fish and chips. No problem, we'll just have a panini. So we ordered two paninis and two drinks and sat down. So far, so good. After 30 minutes, we thought we'd ask where our food was, and we were told it would be ready soon. It was, after a total of 50 minutes... And what did we get for €28.10? Toasted white bread with salami and mustard, two halved cherry tomatoes, three nuts, and a sliver of salad (50 minutes for that???). Sorry, but at that price, I expect a bit more food. Oh, and the two 0.33l drinks, of course. They didn't even wipe down the soaking wet table or at least wish us bon appétit, let alone apologize for the interminable wait. We absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. Oh, and there were only seven people inside, spread across three tables. So that couldn't have been the reason.

03/09/2026: They serve absolutely delicious hot dogs with fries here. Very freshly prepared and exactly how they should taste in their original form. Very friendly staff. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal.

04/09/2026: Since my dining experience in Denmark was generally speaking very disappointing I did not have high expectations but considering the typical outrageous Danish pricing this was one of the worst buffets while traveling across Europe.

27/08/2026: We chose the buffet and Grimbergen double from the plate - a good combination. The buffet is constantly replenished and the individual dishes are nice, well-prepared and taste good. Small selection of sushi. Everyone should be able to find something they like. You can also put together a dish yourself from the many ingredients and have the chef fry it. We made the fruit salad with soft ice cream and it was also good. The prices are quite reasonable for the large selection. We will definitely come back. Claus, North Jutland.

07/06/2026: Held a birthday party with the inn's delicious and versatile brunch in the cozy atmosphere of the hunting room. And the party was set and it was a party. The young, friendly and attentive staff made sure that we didn't lack anything at any time. Highly recommended!

19/08/2026: Family of 4 had a late arrival which was no problem. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating! We spent the day in Ribe museums, Romo beach, night watchman tour etc and came here for a great night sleep. Definitely recommend it.

06/08/2026: Highly recommended! We were on vacation in Denmark and looking for a restaurant where you could eat gluten-free. Upon arrival, gluten-free soy sauce was already waiting. There was a separate tablet for ordering sushi for the gluten-free people. The sushi was really delicious! Towards the end, dessert did take a very long time. But there were a lot of guests at that time and only one person serving. Highly recommended for people with Celiac disease!

06/08/2026: Nothing special sushi. Many strange combinations that don't work at all. Terrible service. Wolt and Uber eats are given higher priority than the guests. From ordering to getting the food takes about 45 minutes anyway…

20/05/2026: Fantastically tasty pizzas. Very well topped. And delicious dough. We are staying at the campsite near Gram and picked up the pizzas. Friendly and fast service. The place isn't really decorated to be cozy for eating there, but it is doable.

09/09/2026: Jataco looks like a fantastic spot for authentic Mexican street food and a relaxed dining experience. The menu offers plenty of delicious choices, including tacos with pulled beef, pulled chicken, crispy shrimp or butternut squash, along with cheesy quesadillas, loaded nachos and hearty burritos. The focus on fresh, quality ingredients and classic Mexican flavors is especially appealing. The colorful dishes and casual atmosphere make Jataco a great place to enjoy flavorful food with friends or family.

31/08/2026: I got my mother to Middelfart to eat at Jataco with me, the place had moved, so we walked down towards the harbor, I then stood and waited at Jataco for several minutes and tried to make eye contact with the young employees, after 3-4 minutes, when they had clearly seen me standing there, I was finally told that there was no more food. It was 6 p.m., so it was a shame :(

14/08/2026: I think it's a pain to order something and pay for it. But it turns out it's not what you paid for! When you call and say you haven't received what you paid for, it almost sounded like they knew it! It took a maximum of 10 minutes. Then the item you had ordered was at the door first. In my opinion, they knew what they had done was wrong, because they knew almost immediately when you called that they had been discovered. It's fucking painful, in good Jutland, that you don't know if you'll get what you ordered. We're talking about 2 orders here!!! How hard can it be🫪🫪🫪

20/07/2026: We stopped for breakfast at this wonderful bakery during our travels and were absolutely delighted! The charming and cozy atmosphere is enchanting from the moment you walk in – the perfect place to take a short break from the stress of driving. The baked goods were absolutely divine and incredibly delicious, and the coffee was first-class, aromatic, and the perfect pick-me-up for the rest of our journey. The wonderful team deserves special mention: The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, brightening our day with their radiant smiles. A fantastic stop that kicked off our vacation perfectly. We'll definitely be back! 🌟☕🚌

08/07/2026: Everyone in Middelfart will be pleasantly surprised at Lagkagehuset. A wonderful atmosphere is complemented by specialty coffees and accompanying pastries. The breakfast rolls, croissants, and delicious breads are, of course, absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended! ☝️

04/10/2026: I was there to charge my car, so it's nice that I could shop at Mc. D. And get coffee while I wait.
