21/07/2026: We visited Kræs og Krusninger today. The food was good, the service was friendly, and the place has a cozy atmosphere. Unfortunately, the otherwise good experience was ruined in the end. After I had paid the bill, I noticed a mistake and pointed it out. The sweet young waitress who had made the mistake asked her manager for help, as she was unsure how to refund the amount I had overpaid. The manager was clearly stressed, but chose to scold the young employee in front of me. Among other things, she said that the only thing the employee was supposed to do was take payment, and she couldn't even figure that out. I said that I thought it was a shame to reprimand a young employee like that in front of customers. To which the owner replied that I shouldn't interfere in how she spoke to her employees. It really made me sad on behalf of the young employee. Everyone makes mistakes, and they should be handled with respect – especially towards young people who are learning. That's why it's a place I won't be going back to. Even though the food was good and the place is cozy, I don't want to support a company where employees are treated that way.

21/04/2026: Very bad service do not belive in what they tell you in reception

30/06/2026: I ate Kaans today, and wait, I felt so bad. This is seriously the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced. I ordered a No. 5, and since I ate it, I have been nauseous and vomited several times. That was the only thing I had eaten today. In addition, the food was not cut properly. A really bad experience that I definitely cannot recommend.

26/06/2026: As someone from a place where pizza is taken seriously, I feel obligated to say: this is not pizza. But also… I don’t care. Because whatever this is with kebab, salad, and dressing is possibly the best thing I’ve ever eaten.

22/03/2025: Mhhhhh.... Well... The burger was ok... The fries were absolutely terrible, but I have never eaten such soggy fries in my life. There was no crunch or crispness so they were pretty much shit. The burger was excellent... But I would 1000 times rather choose retro burger or the other was umbrella city where you get a delicious menu for 75kr it was much better crispy fries delicious simple burger rather than spending 190kr.

30/06/2026: Very friendly staff and cook. The food was great and very tasty. We were told beforehand, that we would likely have to wait 45 minutes until our food would be done, because there were so many guests here. I appreciate the honesty!

02/05/2026: I have tried to get in touch with you in connection with a stag party to arrange a wine tasting, as I have always had a good experience with you, both in terms of food and drink. However, I must say that you are very disappointing in your customer service. Not at the bar, but by email and phone. Several of us have written and asked about a price for a wine tasting, but have never received an answer, despite the fact that we have been promised a response from the staff as soon as possible. All in all, a really disappointed customer.

24/05/2026: The food was good and the wait was quick (10~20 minutes). The price is fair, probably because it's out of the city center 😅😄 There's also a kids menu 👍

17/05/2026: I was there to eat with my family and we asked one of the waiters if they had truffle oil he said no he went into the kitchen and then came back with a truffle oil which turned out to be over 1 year old. It expired on 1/31/2025 and we ate there on 5/16/2026

30/07/2026: Super delicious pizza!!!!! The best pizza in a very long time! Fresh!

18/06/2026: The dough was definitely the best part of the pizza for me—it was beautifully made and had a great consistency. Unfortunately, the rest of the toppings couldn't keep up. The pizza tasted very bland overall, as it was sorely lacking in seasoning, in my opinion. The tomato sauce also didn't impress me, as it seemed quite tasteless. The mozzarella cream wasn't to my liking either, although that's obviously a matter of personal taste. Overall, the pizza was okay, but due to the lack of seasoning and the underwhelming toppings, it only gets 3 out of 5 stars.

21/02/2026: Went to bingo with my grandson during the winter holidays, super nice day,.... If I have to say something negative it would be....... I don't quite understand why you choose to give both 2 and 3 prizes to a man, it would have been better to split it over several games.......
