07/08/2025: Good service, good food and always a good atmosphere for families with children who need to have some quick food and sit for a while before continuing their journey. Located right by the motorway exit.

24/01/2025: Cozy basement bar with nice atmosphere and good vibe. Young and old. Large selection of beers and nice service.

07/02/2025: Greek pizza no. 121 is without tomato sauce. Mine was delivered with tomato sauce. Burnt pepperoni was stuck under the pizza.

31/08/2025: One of the best restaurants in Odense! The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. It's like being back in Mexico.

12/05/2025: I didn't know it was possible to ruin a roll, but Bergstedt's Bakery managed it. The bread was so dry that I seriously considered using it as a doorstop. The cake I bought tasted like something that had been forgotten in a freezer since 1998 – and the frosting? Molten scorn. The staff seemed more interested in their cell phones than in serving customers, and the atmosphere in the store was so lifeless that I almost checked my pulse. Bergstedt's shouldn't call itself a bakery – it's a museum of how not to bake. I will never come back unless I need to punish my taste buds.

18/02/2025: To Sunset Boulevard Vejle I am writing this complaint because I had a completely unacceptable experience at your restaurant which I believe you should take seriously. I visited your restaurant recently and ordered a Meatfree Burger as I don't eat meat. When I received my burger I discovered to my great surprise that it had bacon in it! I immediately went to the counter to point out the mistake, but was met with a rude and flabby attitude from your employee. This employee, who wore a gray shirt and had a tight bun, had a name tag that only said "CA" – no full name, which in itself seems odd and unprofessional. When I explained that I had bacon in my Meatfree Burger, she replied with a buttery smile: "It's just a little bacon in the salad". Excuse me, but how can an employee of a restaurant make such a serious mistake so easily? Not only did she not take my problem seriously, it seemed like she didn't understand why it was a problem at all. I tried to explain to her that I had ordered a Meatfree Burger for a reason, but she just rolled her eyes and said something like "Well, it's not meat-meat, it's just bacon". Honestly, what kind of attitude is it to have as an employee at a place where customers trust that they will get what they order? How can you hire someone who doesn't understand their job or customer service? To top it all off, it also seemed like she outright ignored me at the end, while instead she stood talking and laughing with her colleagues. It was so extremely unpleasant and condescending that I had to leave the restaurant without a solution to my problem. I was left with a wrong order, a really bad experience and a frustration that I had been treated so disrespectfully. I expect you to take this complaint seriously and to either train your staff better or reassess whether certain employees are even fit to work in customer service. I would also like to know what steps you will take to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Samra

17/02/2025: Imagine eating a burger and suddenly you bite into something hard, almost breaking a tooth. This is exactly what happened to me. There was a capsule in the burger.

24/04/2025: The food is really good and the prices are fair for the product you get. The staff were nice and welcoming.

23/04/2025: Vi bestilte subs til et møde. Den har ene fløj der en flue ud af da papiret blev åbnet. Den anden var der flere lange hår i. Ikke i orden.

22/02/2025: We waited over an hour for 3 pizzas. We called 4 times and everytime got a “we will be there in 10”. When the guy finaly came, he had an attitude and comments that made write this comment. Do not support this place.
