27/03/2025: Very good pizza like what we are accustomed to in the US. We ordered the Margherita pizza and it was very good and affordable. We talked with the owner who was very pleasant and welcoming. He has been making pizza for many years and it showed. Some of the other pizza places do not serve the Margherita with cheese but Nonno does. We will go back whenever we need pizza in Sonderborg. Thank you for your hospitality!

10/08/2024: Most expensive and worst burger. No love in the kitchen. Missing onions, missing a packet of fries. DKK 343 for 3 very boring burgers. The bun was hard as a rock, the composition of the burger was completely wrong, mayo on the bottom and ketchup on top with salad. Spend the money elsewhere.

25/02/2025: Super fine smørrebrød, regular Cafe prices, fast service. Good atmosphere, many visitors, on an ordinary boring Tuesday.

02/09/2024: Bad sandwich. And I have not experienced getting a meal without cooperation and love. End pieces of tomato and green pepper. And heat with a gas burner. ERROR and I couldn't cut the food. I was polite because of my friend.

30/03/2025: Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money! Ordered a poke bowl through Wolt today, and it was an absolute disappointment. Waited almost 2 hours, only to receive the wrong order. Paid extra for extra salmon, chicken, and avocado, but got tiny amounts—maybe 1/10 of an avocado and barely any salmon or chicken. I specifically requested no rice (since I don’t eat carbs), yet they added it anyway. For 180 kr, I expected a proper portion, but what I got was barely enough for a child. Complete waste of money and time—now I have to order food from somewhere else. Would never order from here again!

21/03/2025: A little too loud music in the store. We ordered two bowls as we usually do when we are in the area. Today our bowls were somewhat poor in salad, but on the other hand with a lot of rice. All in all, there was less content in our bowls than usual. Hope it was just a passing thing. We are very happy with the concept and will come again and hope the next time will be a better experience

15/03/2025: Nice cozy cafe. We got a chicken burger, alm. burger and a salad with tuna mousse and prawns. Delicious. The service was very friendly and welcoming 😊🤩👍

18/02/2025: To Sunset Boulevard Vejle I am writing this complaint because I had a completely unacceptable experience at your restaurant which I believe you should take seriously. I visited your restaurant recently and ordered a Meatfree Burger as I don't eat meat. When I received my burger I discovered to my great surprise that it had bacon in it! I immediately went to the counter to point out the mistake, but was met with a rude and flabby attitude from your employee. This employee, who wore a gray shirt and had a tight bun, had a name tag that only said "CA" – no full name, which in itself seems odd and unprofessional. When I explained that I had bacon in my Meatfree Burger, she replied with a buttery smile: "It's just a little bacon in the salad". Excuse me, but how can an employee of a restaurant make such a serious mistake so easily? Not only did she not take my problem seriously, it seemed like she didn't understand why it was a problem at all. I tried to explain to her that I had ordered a Meatfree Burger for a reason, but she just rolled her eyes and said something like "Well, it's not meat-meat, it's just bacon". Honestly, what kind of attitude is it to have as an employee at a place where customers trust that they will get what they order? How can you hire someone who doesn't understand their job or customer service? To top it all off, it also seemed like she outright ignored me at the end, while instead she stood talking and laughing with her colleagues. It was so extremely unpleasant and condescending that I had to leave the restaurant without a solution to my problem. I was left with a wrong order, a really bad experience and a frustration that I had been treated so disrespectfully. I expect you to take this complaint seriously and to either train your staff better or reassess whether certain employees are even fit to work in customer service. I would also like to know what steps you will take to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Samra

17/02/2025: Imagine eating a burger and suddenly you bite into something hard, almost breaking a tooth. This is exactly what happened to me. There was a capsule in the burger.

07/02/2025: Ciao, I'm from Italy and I came to Esbjerg for university. Usually an Italian would never go to "Italian places" outside of Italy, but I heard that this place was managed by an Italian family and I went there to try. I'm not Neapolitan, but I can assure you that this pizza is better than the average pizza you can find in the north-east of Italy. I was pleasantly surprised: light pizza, good ingredients and right combinations. Wow! Sure maybe the prices are a bit higher than the competing pizzas in Esbjerg, but the quality is worth paying for

04/02/2025: order food over wolt, then don't get the pasta dish I ordered, the first time I think it's okay, but now it's happened several times, you call them to listen to them, where they say they can't do anything

30/03/2025: It is a really good place where you can eat and drink and buy ice cream. The staff is very nice and helpful.

31/03/2025: Nice Chinese food. Takeaway went quickly and the prices are super nice.

03/02/2025: Nice location, close to the beach. There is plenty to do even on rainy days, great swimming pool, play paradise, etc. Shops in the nearby village.

30/01/2025: Usually happy to come here but the last time we were there for a splash and pizza it was piss cold crowded with sand in the pool and hot tub turned off and only 3 different types of pizza no beef or kebab and you often stood around waiting for someone to come at all something and it wasn't because the restaurant was overcrowded, it was probably unfortunately the last time we came there, we'll find another place next time
