02/10/2025: By far the best burger chain. Significantly better quality than the competition. Good variety of burgers and sandwiches. On top of that, Danish-owned, so you avoid supporting the Americans 🇩🇰👍

19/10/2025: An unusually expensive, but in return poor experience! 4 people working (the ones we could see); 3 people talking among themselves and a young girl clearing tables and wiping them down. We waited a bit to be allowed to order 4 French hotdogs (they were about to finish talking) for 130 kr.! ON SALE!!! On the other hand, the buns were not warm, and as soft as they come out of the package, and the dressing was almost omitted. The sausage was good though. It takes very little to make a French hotdog, but a little concentration is always preferable. Here it seemed as if one thought that the sausage would warm up the bread, but of course it didn't. Bread that is intended for heating has a quite soggy consistency when consumed, just as the taste is not a special experience when heating is omitted. WELL what an experience!!! We won't go there again!!!

26/07/2025: I have always thought it was the place in Fredericia with the best pizza until today, unfortunately it had not had enough, the dough was not ready and their always crispy and delicious edge was soft and hard as if the oven had been too cold. The good reputation the previous owner has built up is the new owner if by destroying the city's best pizzaria then probably the last time we drive in there to get pizza there👎👎

08/05/2025: Boring baked pizza. No flavor and very dry, the “meat sauce” tasted like the cheap glass versions from a supermarket. Only a small blob of cheese in the middle. Smoked straight into the trash.

30/06/2025: Ordered takeaway. Sadly disappointed in the food- not authentic. All the stews tasted like they had been cooked with powdered broth (little carrot flakes and maggi taste as the giveaway). The Dorowot had not been cooked with berbere but tomato paste. The Gomen tasted like a cream spinach soup. Have previously had great food from here a year ago. The injera was good.

30/09/2025: I think I was unlucky, because everyone else got good pizzas. But the pasta dish I had ordered, which should have had beef in it, didn't have a hint of beef in it, the mushrooms were cold and didn't seem cooked. I did get another round. And it tasted fine. It was just too small to be full. And I could easily eat there again. It could just be fine-tuned a bit, so everything plays to the max.

31/08/2025: I waited 1.5 hours for my food and nothing happened until we tried to pay for our drinks to leave. Suddenly the food was ready. I tried several times to order beers but the waiters were too busy looking at their phones to help. After a long wait we had to argue with what I assume was the owner who instead of apologizing for the long wait tried to explain that they were too busy. I think you should only accept as many guests as you can handle. The food was actually excellent but the long wait and the poor service unfortunately only give it one star.

27/07/2025: Terrible communication and terrible customer service at this place! And I would like to emphasize that I am not usually a complainer, but on the contrary, quite spacious and decent. We had booked a double room with a bath for 370 kr. extra, compared to their rooms without a bath. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was only cold water. This can happen to even the best hotel, but the way it was handled was wildly amateurish and downright unpleasant. When I mention it, completely calmly, at check-out and ask for a reasonable reduction in the price, the employees get angry and dismiss me by saying that they can't do that. When I insist, I am bluntly told that I can get a 95 kr. discount or pay full price. I ask if they are not available to talk to, as I think a discount of, for example, 150-200 would be more reasonable, in relation to the price of a room without a bath and then meet somewhere in between, but then I just get told that now they don't want to talk to me anymore and threaten me that if there is more, they will find my address and sort it out that way. This is not about the money at all, but about the principle - I didn't get a single "we're sorry" or any understanding for anything. It is clear that they think it is my problem and I just have to live with that. They argued aggressively that I could just take a cold shower, that would be healthy, or wait for them to get it done and then take a shower - we were about to check out, so that was of course not an option. I will never come back here! And would recommend everyone to find one of the other accommodations in town, who can probably figure out how to speak nicely to other people and just a minimum of customer service. But I could recommend them a basic course in customer service and general human courtesy and good communication. Thanks for ruining my vacation day and my mood.

27/09/2025: I got the Big banjo hotdog The bread was dry and disappointing The sausage tasted good but was overcooked. The rib hotdog was very small there was almost no meat in it

01/09/2025: 45 kr for a tray of fries, where we then ask for ketchup, where they demand extra payment 😡 this will not be where we buy food in the future.

07/02/2025: Greek pizza no. 121 is without tomato sauce. Mine was delivered with tomato sauce. Burnt pepperoni was stuck under the pizza.

05/10/2025: Super service. From reception to serving staff. Everyone was really happy, smiling and service-minded.

04/10/2025: We had a king-size bed room. The room was very small, maybe 13 square meters, with a small window, which quickly made it very warm and stuffy. Opening the window was also difficult because it's very loud outside (party area). Stains on the floor, very old furniture. For €120 a night, I would have expected a bit more, as I'd rather stay in a B&B next time. The pictures on the website and on Booking.com had nothing to do with reality. The icing on the cake was the €25 parking fee for three-quarters of a day. Just about OK for one night. On the plus side, the breakfast was really good for the price of €15.
