16/06/2025: We were at Vikær Strand Camping and were craving a pizza 🍕. It's about a 5-minute drive to Hoptrup. The menu is extensive, so there's something for everyone. Our order took a while, but there were also a lot of takeaway orders, and besides, we have time. Our pizza was soooo delicious 👌🏽 and had great toppings, and we were stuffed. We'll be happy to come back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10/05/2025: We experienced when ordering two pizzas and a durum roll that the ordering process at the checkout was completely impossible - it was simply incredibly difficult to understand. Furthermore, the order was not carried out because the paper was apparently missing. The man who made pizzas etc. asked himself again what we should have. But he kept getting our order wrong and another one. He also announced that he did not have the feta that one pizza had been ordered with - but after a longer misunderstanding, it turned out that he did. We waited about 45 minutes to get our food. The quality of the food was really not good. Considering the price, it was also poor. I really really cannot recommend this restaurant.

21/06/2025: I was going to fill up after a long day, and then went in and bought a hotdog. The hotdog cost 39 kr. and that's what it is, but the fact that I get the driest sausage on this earth and the driest bread, plus they only put 2 small drops of French dressing in it, gives it less than 1 star. Totally disappointing for that price!

31/12/2024: As a motorist who drives 60,000 plus per year, it is wonderfully easy to both refuel and wash with you. However, I have removed 1-2 stars from you because You have chosen to change your dark buns from your bakery. So now we have to go elsewhere to buy breakfast at the weekends and I drive into Q8 instead of Funen when I leave early. The dark coarse buns are missing

18/02/2025: To Sunset Boulevard Vejle I am writing this complaint because I had a completely unacceptable experience at your restaurant which I believe you should take seriously. I visited your restaurant recently and ordered a Meatfree Burger as I don't eat meat. When I received my burger I discovered to my great surprise that it had bacon in it! I immediately went to the counter to point out the mistake, but was met with a rude and flabby attitude from your employee. This employee, who wore a gray shirt and had a tight bun, had a name tag that only said "CA" – no full name, which in itself seems odd and unprofessional. When I explained that I had bacon in my Meatfree Burger, she replied with a buttery smile: "It's just a little bacon in the salad". Excuse me, but how can an employee of a restaurant make such a serious mistake so easily? Not only did she not take my problem seriously, it seemed like she didn't understand why it was a problem at all. I tried to explain to her that I had ordered a Meatfree Burger for a reason, but she just rolled her eyes and said something like "Well, it's not meat-meat, it's just bacon". Honestly, what kind of attitude is it to have as an employee at a place where customers trust that they will get what they order? How can you hire someone who doesn't understand their job or customer service? To top it all off, it also seemed like she outright ignored me at the end, while instead she stood talking and laughing with her colleagues. It was so extremely unpleasant and condescending that I had to leave the restaurant without a solution to my problem. I was left with a wrong order, a really bad experience and a frustration that I had been treated so disrespectfully. I expect you to take this complaint seriously and to either train your staff better or reassess whether certain employees are even fit to work in customer service. I would also like to know what steps you will take to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Samra

17/02/2025: Imagine eating a burger and suddenly you bite into something hard, almost breaking a tooth. This is exactly what happened to me. There was a capsule in the burger.

29/05/2025: Ice cream parlor on the harbor. Delicious place. The reason for the missing 5th star is because their licorice ice cream was rock hard and they forgot to say that with 2 scoops you got 1/2 scoop of licorice and 1 1/2 scoop with the other. The young girls behind the counter were sweet and smiling and did their best for the long queue. A group of older people had bought coffee, but ended up waiting over 30 min. for it. Follow me for more tips about Fredericia or other places

21/05/2025: Closed in brilliant sunshine!!! My friend and I stopped by on Wednesday, May 21st at 6:30 p.m. in beautiful sunshine. The clerk was standing outside chatting with some good friends. It was a shame. We would have liked to have had an ice cream in the good sunny weather. The clerk said that it was closed. Immediately afterwards, 4 other fresh guys arrived. They also wanted to buy ice cream. When the clerk saw more customers coming in, she quickly ended the conversation with her friends. She went inside, locked the shop and jumped on her bike. She was gone. The 4 guys said that they had been referred to the ice cream stand by Urbania Street Food. They have the same owner. Either one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, or there is an employee who acts on his own... It really amazes me that you can 'afford' to run a shop like that. To close the shop and run away when the customers are in line. I took a picture of the sunny (but closed) café!

28/05/2025: If I had known the kitchen closed 1 hour after I ordered All you Can eat, I would have chosen something else. It could have been successful if the food came through faster though.

11/05/2025: Det var godt. Men for første gang måtte vi vente længere tid på maden. Men ellers var alt godt sædvanlig 👍😉

06/04/2025: Lovely room, service by a person who didn't know Danish, but who made so much effort. The person had so much kindness and control over everything important. It was a good experience, thank you👍

30/05/2025: We were at the Orangeriet for the 3rd time. Cozy and tasty and friendly service, but it took an unreasonable long time to get the food (45 min), coffee and dessert came while we were still eating fish and the price is simply too high.

23/06/2025: Despite the unassuming exterior, I've enjoyed the delicious hot dogs several times. The service was also very friendly.

30/05/2025: Expensive, dirty, garbage was floating in the corner outside.
