21/04/2026: We ended up here by chance. The place looked cozy and we got a seat by the window. It was a Tuesday night, we were a few guests and there was take-away. Sushi is done by ticking off a piece of paper, and you can have it ad libitum. There are also dishes that we are not used to, such as toast with shrimp (super delicious) and kimchi. The service was good and welcoming - and the food was really good!! Coordinated with various sauces to suit the dish. The portions are served nicely and came in a row, and each time left a pleasure for the eyes and taste. We left full and happy.

29/03/2026: Very delicious sushi!🍣 Especially loved their bao with bbq pork. The service was nothing to write home about. Very nice waiter. Not a long wait for food😊 You order via a paper menu card which worked well and was super easy. You can order as many times as you want. Would definitely recommend!

11/05/2025: This place is not cozy and their doormen are rude. Your beer doesn't taste good! Find another place to go in the city..ADD !

30/03/2026: We had problems with no water in the room when we arrived. This was resolved quickly. We were missing soft-boiled eggs for breakfast, otherwise a nice and varied breakfast

22/03/2026: If we had known it was a self-service hotel, we would not have booked it. When we wrote a little back and forth with maybe the owner, but at least the person who answers their messages, and finally got a greeting back, where they did not want to see us again at their hotel. It obviously has a hard time receiving criticism. We chose to check out a day early. And no, we are not usually people who complain. The room was ok and clean This is the original message from the owner, how they can correct/delete the review I do not know. Thank you again for choosing THE OLD LOSER HOTEL. 14/10/2025: To die and go to heaven is too light a portrayal of the sublime experience of the food at Lagkagehuset. The pastries are godly, buttery and flaky and were the best pastries we've ever eaten and my partner and I both lived in San Francisco, East coast of the US and Belgium. They also come at a reasonable price. The place is bright and has a lot of natural light and the pastries are baked fresh. Overall, an amazing experience.

06/09/2025: Small selection. Far too high prices.

09/11/2025: It was a boring experience, the food lacked spice, the waitress was not present, looked the other way when she served drinks, they seemed indifferent when we ordered the food. There is definitely room for more service. The burger was boring and it seemed like a warmed up steak. .. really sad.

26/10/2025: We were four people and a dog, seated outside on the terrace (which we completely understood). The terrace was covered, so that was fine — however, we asked three times for the heating to be turned on, and each time the staff said “yes,” but never did. They only switched it on as we were leaving. We arrived at 11:00 and didn’t get served until after 12:00, which was an extremely long wait. One of us received a cold dish, and another person’s dish was missing entirely. One meal included cheese that was supposed to come with bread — but no bread was brought. When we pointed out that the breakfast sausages were missing, the staff simply said that the brunch service was now closed and they couldn’t make it anymore. When we asked again for the missing bread, they finally brought it — but charged extra, even though it was supposed to be included. Overall, a very disappointing experience, mainly due to poor service and lack of attention to customers.

30/09/2025: Great location, fast service and cozy atmosphere. Definitely a place to go back.

08/09/2025: Our food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ordering was done at the self-service terminal and was very quick. So, I would give Togo a 5-star 🌟 rating. Unfortunately, one customer went into the open kitchen and served himself, which is completely unacceptable.

31/08/2025: Small, fine—a five-star recommendation all round! A very friendly welcome, excellent food, very good wine, and the crowning glory of cheesecake. I'd be happy to come back again, thank you very much.

06/05/2025: Was turned away for coffee and cake because of a party later. There would have been room. Was referred to Skovtrolden across the road.

01/09/2025: Good kebab roll with fresh ingredients. Even at 10pm in the evenings!

18/08/2025: Unfortunately, the pizza wasn't that good; the dough was dry and hard, so the pizza didn't taste very good overall. However, the staff was very friendly, and the prices were reasonable.

03/11/2025: Good, but expensive, coffee. Rude and arrogant manager.

19/09/2025: The service was very friendly; they even stayed open longer for us so we could finish our meal in peace. The food was good. The restaurant looks unassuming from the outside, but in the back there's a beautifully designed room with a view of the lake.

19/08/2025: Best pepperoni pizza I've had in a long time! Update: consistent quality! same crispy and thin crust every time, tastes amazing 👌

18/08/2025: Excellent wood-fired pizzas with generous and flavorful toppings, especially the kebab pizza.

24/11/2025: Bought a durum roll with falafel today. It was an extremely disappointing experience. Price 65kr for just under 350g (including packaging) it was SUPER dry and the dressing in it was very "local" placed 2/3 down. So I think it's in the top 3 over the worst for the price.

09/11/2025: We ordered 1 durum and 10 chili cheese tops. We also ordered 2 KFC dips, which cost 6 kr. each, as well as a soda. Both our soda and dips had expired - see the dates in the picture. Our visit was on 9.11.2025. Their durum was boring, and there wasn't even a fresh kebab in it, even though there were 3 kebab grills behind the counter, all of which were turned off. The place itself also seemed strange, we were the only ones there the whole time, and the place is enormous. I really hope that the ingredients used in the durum weren't expired too, as they couldn't even check the dates on the soda or dips. In addition, the trash can where you throw paper and leftovers after eating was full and smelled unpleasant.

30/06/2025: Ordered takeaway. Sadly disappointed in the food- not authentic. All the stews tasted like they had been cooked with powdered broth (little carrot flakes and maggi taste as the giveaway). The Dorowot had not been cooked with berbere but tomato paste. The Gomen tasted like a cream spinach soup. Have previously had great food from here a year ago. The injera was good.
