30/09/2025: Great location, fast service and cozy atmosphere. Definitely a place to go back.

08/09/2025: Our food was excellent and reasonably priced. Ordering was done at the self-service terminal and was very quick. So, I would give Togo a 5-star 🌟 rating. Unfortunately, one customer went into the open kitchen and served himself, which is completely unacceptable.

27/01/2026: unacceptable behavior when I am within my rights to order 6 trays of fries and a Coke Zero for dinner, I am apparently called fat by the fries delivery guy after he was over an hour late. Fix your app Mohammed.

01/01/2026: I can't comment on the atmosphere, as I've never been there. Service was good, ordering was easy, and delivery was on time. The food was hot. We were in Sonderballe Strand over New Year's Eve and were too lazy to cook. The pizzas were delicious. The price-performance ratio is definitely right.

05/09/2025: Quite a bad experience with the order. Several things were missing. Afterwards, the poor delivery man had to drive back to Abels allé, after which we could eat the cold food.

10/07/2025: I rather be home and do the laundry 🧺 then be here alr alr let me explain so when we first got here it’s alr but when we sit down and we are waiting for the robot to come to our table to give the sushi 🍣 but when it comes it took 20min for it to come I guess that’s normal but when we order more sushi it took 30min bro like I paid much for this and it is like this I get treated NEWER GONNA COME BACK At first glance I should have turned around. The sign hung crooked, the door creaked like a horror movie, and there was a strange smell of burning without anything clearly being prepared. But I, naive and sushi hungry, entered Kaito Sushi with hope in my heart and a rumbling in my stomach. It was the beginning of a culinary tragedy that still haunts me The Atmosphere: A Room Without a Soul Boys Be Electronic Transmission Gal Now t I The sushi arrived after 22 minutes, presented on a plastic tray as if it had all been taken away from the day before. The rice was dry, crumbly, and crumbled just looking at it. The fish was... strange. It had a smell that reminded me most of a port in July, and the kind of sheen on the surface that you usually see on old mackerel fillets in oil. What was supposed to be salmon tasted like a mix of canned tuna and defeat The avocado in my maki was brown. Not that slightly brown – but like: “Hey, I was cut 2 days ago and have been in the fridge without a cover”-brown. There was also a tempura roll where the tempura was so soggy that I honestly thought it was wet bread until I took a bite and was like, "Oh my God!" Hygiene The toilet? No thanks. If you value your health, don't go. There was no soap, the mirror was covered in... something, and the paper towel holder was hanging by one screw. The floor felt damp. Not wet. Damp tS The prices: The insult is complete When you pay 198 kroner for a deluxe menu, you expect to at least leave the place without regrets and an upset stomach. The only "deluxe" thing about the experience was how much I was ripped off. I would have rather spent that money on 7-Eleven sushi, and that's saying a lot. I left the place feeling like I paid for an assault on Japanese food Conclusion: 0 out of 5 stars – would rather sp I don't know who owns Kaito Sushi, but if they read this: please find another calling. This is not culinary art, it's food crime. I've never felt so cheated, disappointed and... well, a little If you love yourself and your taste buds: steer clear of Kaito Sushi. 28/10/2025: There were 6 of us eating and everything was good my daughter wanted more dressing in the burger and she got it right away the service was top notch and the food was good we left 6 people full definitely worth a visit - we have been there before but it is a long time between we come from a long way from 1 1/2 hour drive each way - but enjoy their lovely burger and crispy fries when we are there... Greetings grandma and grandpa 60 and 62 years old - daughter 41 years old grandchildren 15 years old and twins 13 years old

27/07/2025: Terrible communication and terrible customer service at this place! And I would like to emphasize that I am not usually a complainer, but on the contrary, quite spacious and decent. We had booked a double room with a bath for 370 kr. extra, compared to their rooms without a bath. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was only cold water. This can happen to even the best hotel, but the way it was handled was wildly amateurish and downright unpleasant. When I mention it, completely calmly, at check-out and ask for a reasonable reduction in the price, the employees get angry and dismiss me by saying that they can't do that. When I insist, I am bluntly told that I can get a 95 kr. discount or pay full price. I ask if they are not available to talk to, as I think a discount of, for example, 150-200 would be more reasonable, in relation to the price of a room without a bath and then meet somewhere in between, but then I just get told that now they don't want to talk to me anymore and threaten me that if there is more, they will find my address and sort it out that way. This is not about the money at all, but about the principle - I didn't get a single "we're sorry" or any understanding for anything. It is clear that they think it is my problem and I just have to live with that. They argued aggressively that I could just take a cold shower, that would be healthy, or wait for them to get it done and then take a shower - we were about to check out, so that was of course not an option. I will never come back here! And would recommend everyone to find one of the other accommodations in town, who can probably figure out how to speak nicely to other people and just a minimum of customer service. But I could recommend them a basic course in customer service and general human courtesy and good communication. Thanks for ruining my vacation day and my mood.

20/11/2025: Nice place for a concert, but unfortunately it's not well ventilated and it quickly got really hot in there😒 That's why only 3 ⭐️

16/11/2025: A great place for badminton or other group sports activities. On Sundays at 12 noon, there's usually a badminton game. The team is great, everyone's welcome.

02/10/2025: A lovely experience at the cafe where we had lunch. Especially their specialty "King Fidde's favorite dish" was really good. We enjoyed the taste of the food and were full for a long time afterwards. And the taste lingered in our mouths for a long time afterwards, in a good way. The service was pleasant and the atmosphere was good. There were many people and it was possible to feel a little close to others.
