The atmosphere was like a chip shop—you're sitting in a kind of container between two roads, not exactly a great atmosphere.

01/03/2026: Don't order takeaway in the middle of the day!
Almost insulted that I wouldn't wait 30 minutes for a menu for 1 person, which was by the way some of the most boring and far from fresh sushi I've ever had. Too bad.

06/04/2026: It really is some of the worst meat they use. Kebab is bought from a grocery store and the chicken looks almost fake.
A large French fry is half full in the tray and there is almost no salt on it.
They always forget things on your pizza.

24/04/2026: The definition of a trap. The pictures on the menu looked great and really drew us in, but the actual food was absolutely terrible. For a chicken place, the prices are way too high compared to the incredibly low quality of the food. Highly disappointing and not recommended. Save your money

24/05/2026: Hi, there's a sign on the door saying that groups of six or more should make a reservation. It also says they're open from 5 pm to 10 pm on certain days, with the kitchen closing at 8 pm. This is the only restaurant in the area. We went there on two separate days and were turned away both times, even though we arrived shortly after opening. We felt completely ripped off and totally unwelcome! I'd say it was very racist!

24/01/2026: Came to order two durum, it wasn't possible and they kept saying I had to order them as pizza, which I didn't want to do. Left the place without food. Really bad service.
23/01/2026: Super nice staff, gave me and my friend 3 free pizzas because someone hadn't picked them up

15/11/2025: 188 for a buffet is actually ok if there is a lot more to choose from. It just isn't here. I didn't try the sushi.
Oh well. And the buffet should be hot too.
I won't be back.

20/05/2026: It's a snack bar at the train station, frequented by many locals. The service was friendly, the food was okay, and the portion was large.
10/05/2026: Pleasant burger restaurant, eat in and take away. Nothing fancy but clean and nice.
Edit May 9th 2026: Very busy place on saturday around 18:00. I got their gyros plate and it was great.

10/03/2026: We got a lunch plate with the most delicious tuna mouse and salmon. Delicious bread to go with it. We got a large portion each for 145kr as far as I remember. Good food for the money

08/05/2026: Unfortunately, we couldn't bring our dog inside, so we sat by the fountain with its bench and table.
They even served our food outside! 🤣👍 Super friendly and absolutely delicious. 😋

Hotel Tønderhus

17/12/2025: Ate in the Restaurant, did not stay at the Hotel. Got Tøndergryde, which was supposed to have sausages in it, we both got 2, 2 small pieces of sausages, lacked a little tomato sauce, was a little dry, but there were a lot of beetroot, which was a little hard to see, as we were almost sitting in the dark, had the lowest LED lamp we had ever seen. The food was not very hot, so when we got home, we both had an upset stomach and rumbling. Too bad because we paid some money for it.
