27/07/2025: Terrible communication and terrible customer service at this place! And I would like to emphasize that I am not usually a complainer, but on the contrary, quite spacious and decent. We had booked a double room with a bath for 370 kr. extra, compared to their rooms without a bath. When I went to take a shower in the morning, there was only cold water. This can happen to even the best hotel, but the way it was handled was wildly amateurish and downright unpleasant. When I mention it, completely calmly, at check-out and ask for a reasonable reduction in the price, the employees get angry and dismiss me by saying that they can't do that. When I insist, I am bluntly told that I can get a 95 kr. discount or pay full price. I ask if they are not available to talk to, as I think a discount of, for example, 150-200 would be more reasonable, in relation to the price of a room without a bath and then meet somewhere in between, but then I just get told that now they don't want to talk to me anymore and threaten me that if there is more, they will find my address and sort it out that way. This is not about the money at all, but about the principle - I didn't get a single "we're sorry" or any understanding for anything. It is clear that they think it is my problem and I just have to live with that. They argued aggressively that I could just take a cold shower, that would be healthy, or wait for them to get it done and then take a shower - we were about to check out, so that was of course not an option. I will never come back here! And would recommend everyone to find one of the other accommodations in town, who can probably figure out how to speak nicely to other people and just a minimum of customer service. But I could recommend them a basic course in customer service and general human courtesy and good communication. Thanks for ruining my vacation day and my mood.

23/07/2025: The food was nice and they have an abnormal selection that makes it fun to try their all you can eat so even those who are completely new to sushi can find something - BUT waiting 40+min for the first round which was exclusively "starters" is a huge minus - especially because there is a time limit on it. Apart from that the service is perfect our waiter was nice, attentive, and funny. their cocktails were really good.

06/08/2025: Really cozy place with good beers from Svendborgsund Bryghus and many delicious drinks. Nice pizzas we had - good place with many good options, and very delicious both on a hot summer day outside or a slightly cloudy day in the specially designed greenhouses with nice tables. Great place 🤩

29/07/2025: Really cozy place. I can understand that the place is relatively new, which shines through in certain points. The place is clearly also run by soul(s) with top skills in entrepreneurship, more than a passion for customers to have a great food experience. The pizza is, as the other reviews mention, a frozen pizza. However, it has been tried to be decorated with a little ✨fresh arugula✨ on top - shoot out, but unfortunately it comes through since the frozen pizza has been heated up at too high a heat (maybe it has even been in a real pizza oven?? make a real pizza so maybe? frozen pizza can't handle the heat 🙏🙏) but the crust is burnt, and the dough is lovely doughy 🤤 I think this place does better in beer than in food, so stay clear, and pour some beers inside - the atmosphere is good and quite a cozy place in general. Service is also finno. - why did I say my pizza wasn't burnt, well it was just the crust, I won't eat it anyway and I don't think a new try would have taken the pizza from a 3/10 to more than a 4/10. Sorry if this is a harsh review, I never write reviews but something simply has to be done here because you feel taken by the nose after you've sat and eaten that pizza, 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

10/08/2025: Bought a pizza sandwich with kebab as a takeaway. The staff was very friendly on the phone when we called in the order and our food was ready at the agreed time. Sweet and smiling staff. Highly recommended.
