23/12/2025: the waitress charged the wrong table, so I paid more than double of my actual bill. Since I am not familiar with the conversion of danish kroner, I noticed only after paying by card. These mistake can happen, but I am still waiting for the transfer to my bank account of the money I paid too much!! I feel betrayed and the food was definitely not worth the money. Pay attention!

11/11/2025: Bad service! I asked the man if I can't buy more vegetables in their pho. Since the picture shows that carrots etc. are in the soup. The man/owner talks/shouts very loudly that they don't put vegetables in their soup and that it can't be done. Then I say. That it was just what their picture shows and even that he denies even though we both stand and look at the picture. Bad customer service. Strange behavior and why should it be made a problem to get vegetables downstairs inUppen for more payment🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

21/12/2025: Zaza is a nice man, he always makes the food the way you want it and he takes people into consideration and he is always polite and friendly. Best pizzaria 12/10 from here.

20/05/2026: I've been out for dinner at Butcher on the loft in Esbjerg, and of course they couldn't escape a little review. The place: Inviting, nice, spacious and plenty of space. You don't feel like you're sitting close to others and it's a calm atmosphere.. The food: I ordered a great omaha. Extremely tough piece of meat and cooked it too quickly and too unevenly. The entire surface was stretched by large, tough tendons, which meant that the steak had bent during cooking and had very different cooking surfaces - in some places it was nicely pink, in other places completely raw and cold in the core. The hard connective fat was not rendered at all, but was tough as rubber. My experience should have been juicy, tender and without a halfway surgical intervention on the plate to find edible pieces. Leaving such a large pile of unscraped tendons and fat on a steak in that price range is simply poor craftsmanship on the part of the kitchen. IT'S A SUMMER! The broccolini with the green romesco is flavorful. Made from scratch, simple and delicious. The potatoes were cooked perfectly as well as the fries were crispy. But it was mediocre, nothing special. The Bearnaise sauce was the one that stole the show for me. Sour, thick and smooth, exactly as it should be. Service: The service experience here left me with a bit of a mixed feeling. When I complained about a bad experience, I was actually both seen and heard by the employee, which was positive. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like I was really being met. The reaction was marked by a 'that's too bad, but that's how it is' attitude. As a guest, I had hoped that they would have done just a little more to regain my trust – for example by offering some kind of compensation or discount, so that I would want to come back and give the place another chance. Unfortunately, it seemed a bit half-hearted. Overall: It's not a place I want to go back to, and probably not a place I would recommend.

13/06/2026: My mother and I went in for pizza yesterday and my mother ordered the only vegetarian pizza they have. Got the wrong pizza with meat. The owner, the older lady, comes to the table angrily and SCREAMS at my MOTHER and claims that my mother is to blame for the wrong pizza and the wrong pizza number??? When we paid she scolded me again for ordering the wrong number. Which was clearly the fault of the two young Chechens. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back after this disrespectful behavior.

10/06/2026: Standard cafe and you expect standard prices and treatment. We sat outside, paid in advance. It's fine, but then I discovered a receipt with a surcharge of 25.00 kr. for an extra plate and an additional price for cheese in the burger, without being asked first. When we complained about it, I got scolded. Too bad the staff seemed so stressed and a bit service-minded. Outside there are signs in the window apologizing that they are understaffed. That sign doesn't seem to be temporary. Hope they fix it - we don't want to come again, unfortunately.

09/11/2025: It was a boring experience, the food lacked spice, the waitress was not present, looked the other way when she served drinks, they seemed indifferent when we ordered the food. There is definitely room for more service. The burger was boring and it seemed like a warmed up steak. .. really sad.

26/10/2025: We were four people and a dog, seated outside on the terrace (which we completely understood). The terrace was covered, so that was fine — however, we asked three times for the heating to be turned on, and each time the staff said “yes,” but never did. They only switched it on as we were leaving. We arrived at 11:00 and didn’t get served until after 12:00, which was an extremely long wait. One of us received a cold dish, and another person’s dish was missing entirely. One meal included cheese that was supposed to come with bread — but no bread was brought. When we pointed out that the breakfast sausages were missing, the staff simply said that the brunch service was now closed and they couldn’t make it anymore. When we asked again for the missing bread, they finally brought it — but charged extra, even though it was supposed to be included. Overall, a very disappointing experience, mainly due to poor service and lack of attention to customers.

01/06/2026: Always closed early. Don't expect them to be open past 7:30pm. They should really update their hours. Has been closed last 5 times I have gone past.

21/04/2026: The driest, most boring, not fresh cheeseburger where even the cheese looked like something that came straight from the fridge (ice cold and not melted).

17/04/2026: This is our favorite Pizzaria, in Bramming.

06/01/2026: I come in to redeem a 1x free pizza I had won but the staff doesn't quite understand what is being said because of their crazy loud music playing so after a few tries I manage to choose a pizza so I thought fine so that's it then 10 minutes later someone comes and asks what we have ordered and I say what I have ordered and I can just hear him it is NOT being made yet so I wait another few minutes and it finally comes out I think great but then I discover that it was not fully baked at all soft dough and no color and look

01/05/2026: When we drove to Enios pizza, the car needed some fresh oil. We decided to order a pizza, and it had way too much oil. Really great food for if you are a car, but way too much oil for humans.

17/01/2026: Several things are missing from the comfort room. No trash cans, no wardrobe, too few hangers, no internal phone, no information about the options at the hotel, no wifi code, etc. means it is not suitable for multiple nights.

16/01/2026: Okay hotel and rooms. The water took a very long time to get hot. The breakfast was not very good, unfortunately.

29/03/2026: Delivered on time, the food was really good, and really good service! :)

28/02/2026: Nice and clean, good service and service minded staff. The food tastes delicious 😊

05/06/2026: Your soft-kernel rye bread has become somewhat smaller!!!

15/10/2025: Simply awful.! Hope some talented Turkish restaurateurs take over this. They make a hundred times better food in general.
