12/10/2025: I rarely write reviews, but our visit to MASH in Odense unfortunately did not live up to expectations at all. The food was mediocre, and the service was beyond criticism. When we pointed out a problem with a dish, the situation was handled both unprofessionally and disrespectfully – without any real apology or willingness to find a solution. What made the experience even more unpleasant was the attitude of the management. Instead of showing understanding or friendliness, we were greeted with a cold and arrogant tone. It left a very bad impression, especially considering the price level and the restaurant's otherwise high image. MASH appears on the outside as a place with a focus on quality and service, but our experience unfortunately reflected the opposite. We will not return and cannot recommend the place to others.

12/10/2025: Mash Odense The good: the carpaccio, the ribeye, the service The significantly worse: the boring thick fries, the pepper sauce that wasn't a pepper sauce, the noise level and the acoustics that were horrible.

13/07/2025: Wanted to have fun and celebrate my and my boyfriend's birthday, together with my mom, so decided to take a trip to Fredericia and have lunch at Chilli. Had checked Facebook MANY times if it was open. It should be, from 11 am to 7 pm. We were greeted by a locked door and a "nice" sign in the window, at about 1 pm...we don't open until 4 pm today (Saturday July 12) because of company. Slightly disappointed, we had to find a plan B.

19/10/2025: We visited twice on our last vacation and were very impressed by the food and friendly service. We'll definitely stop by again for a snack next time.

07/09/2025: Bad experience. Long-term injury I broke my ankle on their courts. Of course it's no one's fault. But there was no help to be had from the reception. I had to crawl out from one of the back courts, and it's a long way when you're standing with a broken ankle. No one bothered to help me. Humiliating. I'm pretty sure that if the staff had helped me, instead of staring at fruit flies, my injury wouldn't have been so bad. It's a place where they practice a relatively dangerous sport for ankles, and yet they don't have so much as an ice pack or an employee who could call a taxi. 1/10 on that experience. It's been 7 months and my foot is still smashed.

19/07/2025: Fast, fresh, and friendly Comfortable seating in the sun or inside. Freshly prepared food. Very friendly service. We'd be happy to return.

22/08/2025: The food and cleanliness were mediocre to bad, but what was really cheeky was that the landlord cheated me out of almost 20 euros when I paid. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home and converted it... It's a shame that people treat first-time guests who don't know their way around like this!

09/08/2025: 199 kr for a crappy buffet!!!! AND overpriced for drinks! Absolutely worst experience yesterday 8/8-2025. Totally arrogant service and miserable atmosphere. Really crappy buffet. Boring pizza, dry oven potatoes and boring salad. The only bright spot was a sweet and smiling young girl who seemed a bit stressed.

11/09/2025: Fantastic little oasis on the west coast, at a reasonable price, intimate and warm atmosphere.

10/06/2025: A cozy bungalow park, not too big and not too small. Be careful with the catering, not everything is open every season. The park shop is neat and has a wide range. The sports facilities are sufficiently present. The swimming pool can entertain you for 2 to 3 hours and no complaints about the bowling alley either, it was spacious and neat. About the bungalows I can say that they were clean, here and there some maintenance is overdue and showering is difficult if you stand longer than 6 minutes you are under the cold tap.

15/11/2025: Their baked pizza is probably not worth anything - tastes like wet bread with bad tomato, really not very tasty. Also, an ingredient was forgotten on one of our pizzas. Can't really recommend it. Edit: Just threw out a whole pizza and a whole baked pizza because they are so inedible.

02/02/2025: Worst place I have ever been to. The food was generally bad, bad tone from the staff. I would not suggest this place in any way, go instead to the neighboring restaurant Chaps! Super delicious place! (:

24/10/2025: Was at Hama last night. Normally it is so delicious, but it took a long time to serve. Made a small plate of wok food including large shrimp. Wrote on a note to be fried properly, which the chefs were also made aware of! We waited a long time for the little bit to come, and it was partly lukewarm, cold but the worst was the raw and almost cold shrimp. Got one in my mouth, bit it off and was about to swallow it when I found out it was raw, and spat it out on the plate. Went to the counter and complained about this, said it was inedible, and I had to spit the shrimp out again. Nothing else, I'm sorry🤷 But don't worry, they brought the dish back after it had been heated up again, the same plate that I had spit the shrimp out on again, it's the filthiest thing I've ever experienced. And just think that everything that has been made after mine, that had been in my mouth, adds to it.

29/07/2025: The pizzas were amazing and well-filled, especially for the price! We were served quickly, and the welcome from the lady was warm, willing to help us choose from the long list of choices and very pleasant.

08/10/2025: Great service! Friendly and helpful staff with food quickly brought to our table. We had 3 durums and an order of fries. The sandwiches were huge (we each had 2 meals from them) and the fries were hot and crispy with good seasoning on them. Would definitely recommend!

21/09/2025: then the era of super delicious smiley pizzas is over. have been a regular customer for a very long time and the quality has always been super good. Today I got a completely runny pizza where the filling actually ran off the pizza, and when I called to complain, the person I had CLEARLY seen making my pizza said that "he would continue with it" super bad service he did not take responsibility for it. I have then talked to others who have also had runny pizzas lately. Super shame I have been happy with smiley but simply do not want to buy there again.

08/11/2025: There were six of us for Christmas lunch at Restaurant Albert. Quiet surroundings upon arrival, but the acoustics became poor as more guests arrived. The food was ok, but none of us were positively surprised. The drinks and wine were good, but the canned beer disappointed. All in all, a somewhat flat experience and too expensive for the quality (625 kr. per person for 2.5 hours). For us, it is not a place we will return to – we prefer a more cozy inn atmosphere when we have a Christmas lunch.

01/11/2025: Went in to try out their new buffet concept. We came at 8pm. The food on the hot plates was cold and the buffet was not replenished after 8:30pm. The dessert was almost empty when we arrived. The service was not properly clean, you couldn't find a spoon for dessert that didn't have stains on it and the plates were clearly not properly clean either. Only one waiter on duty who only showed us to the table, no service beyond that. The waiter walked around with his private mobile inside the restaurant among the guests. Later, the same waiter starts closing the restaurant because the guests have left the place, which gives the impression that you are not welcome and that you should hurry to leave the place. The worst part of the experience was that at 8:45pm people came from outside to pick up To Good To Go food, which completely ruins the experience of being out and eating at such a restaurant. They come in and get a lunch box that they can fill with food right away for 1/10 of the price. They were not instructed to sanitize and completely ruin the otherwise relaxing atmosphere of the place. Would not recommend this concept for the price - order too good to go from them instead it is much cheaper.
