04/01/2025: We ate at Bistecca on Saturday. Where we order a pizza to share for starters. It does not appear on the menu that there is meat on the pizza, when the pizza arrives there is pork on it and we do not eat pork. We ask if we can have a new pizza without pork as it is not stated on the menu. The boss Kim says that it is not possible to get a new pizza as we have already ordered and we have to pay for it even if we cannot eat it. Besides that, the food didn't taste very good, it was a thin layer of pasta filled with cream without any kind of taste. It was an unfortunate experience but their soda tasted good.

17/11/2024: Coming at 19.45 and asks himself for service after 20 minutes when no one approaches, and gets the starter at 20.20 At At 20.55 the main course arrives, which we ask twice where it will be. When the meat arrives it is at room temperature, and please have it replaced. Almost night and day on the new meat I was served, they didn't look alike either. At 21.25 I get the dessert. We end up being here for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Not because we wanted to anymore. But because the food was served over this long frame. We were asked if everything was okay. If my wife mildly and kindly doesn't answer correctly, the waiter says, "Well, maybe it wasn't your night". Ohhh our night! And don't ask further. Well, but no acknowledgment of mistakes or possible improvements, so we run away with full price, for a completely faulty and lacking service, and a serving with errors. Could it have been done differently from their sitting. Of course, you should have grasped your mistakes and your infinite time frame, and done a little extra to get the experience back on land. After all, we said that things were not right.

24/11/2024: Et lækkert måltid mad, vi desværre ventede 50 minutter på. Til prisen var portionerne små, vi ville have haft godt af lidt brød at dulme appetitten på mens vi ventede, men tjenerne var ikke videre opmærksomme på os. Den ene af os var vegetar, og fik desværre ikke formidlet dette klart nok. Dog kunne man godt have forventet at tjeneren selv kunne have regnet det ud, eftersom vedkommende spurgte ind til de vegetariske valgmuligheder. Så da pastaen kom med bacon var det desværre lidt skuffende, omend det også lidt var vores egen skyld. Da jeg skulle betale måtte jeg også gøre mig umage for at få tjenernes opmærksomhed. Så desværre trak serviceniveauet oplevelsen ned, selvom maden var meget velsmagende.

16/10/2024: Vi havde bestilt bord til seks personer mhp brunch. En blev desværre syg, så vi forsøgte at ændre reservationen om morgenen, men det var ikke muligt. Ved ankomst oplevede vi en stresset betjening. Vi bad om at skifte til et ledigt bord ved vinduet, men det var ikke muligt, selvom bordet forblev ledigt under hele vores besøg. Vi ventede længe på at bestille mad og drikke, og der var flere forkerte bestillinger undervejs. - Jeg bad specifikt om sprødt bacon til mine røræg, men fik at vide, at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre, efter maden var serveret. - En af os har gluten- og laktoseintolerance, hvilket restauranten var informeret om på forhånd (ved reservationen). Alligevel blev der serveret en vaffel til hende, som fejlagtigt blev præsenteret som glutenfri. Dette viser en mangel på forståelse for glutenintolerance og for de alvorlige konsekvenser, det kan have for personer med cøliaki. - Maden levede ikke op til forventningerne, og menuen havde ganske få grønne valgmuligheder, selvom hjemmesiden lover en bæredygtig og grøn menu. Det mest overraskende var dog, at vi ved betalingen blev opkrævet fuld pris for vores syge veninde, selvom vi aldrig blev informeret om dette. Køkkenchefen fastholdt, at det var proceduren, men gav os 10% rabat pga. de mange fejl. Det virker urimeligt, at vi skal betale for en person, der ikke var til stede, især når det ikke fremgår af hverken hjemmeside eller bekræftelsesmail. Vi burde som minimum være blevet informeret ved ankomst, så kunne vi have bestilt de ekstra retter, vi endte med at betale for, men aldrig fik. Efterfølgende har vi fået en undskyldning fra restauranten, da de havde 2 sygemeldinger blandt personalet på dagen (derfor 2 i stedet for 1 stjerne). Men restauranten har ikke kommenteret på, at de opkrævede betaling for 6 personer, selvom vi kun mødte 5 op. Samlet set var det en skuffende oplevelse med uprofessionel betjening, forkerte bestillinger, manglende forståelse for allergier og urimelig merpris.

07/12/2024: It is absolutely the worst experience I have had to date. We ordered 2 pizzas at 18:25. They took the order and said inside for 50 minutes. We only receive our pizzas at 20:10! We have called twice, after 19:20, to hear where the pizzas went. Both times the answer was "in a moment". When the food arrives it is cold and the pizza delivery boy refused to deliver our pizzas to our door. He claimed that the door did not open when we opened it from the door phone. He didn't smile and didn't say sorry, he had a very inappropriate and disrespectful demeanor. When the pizza delivery guy leaves the place, one of us opens the door on the door phone and then it works like magic. If you are so busy that you can be more than 1.5 hours late. So maybe it's something that should be taken into consideration before they take in so many orders that it becomes an unmanageable task to run a pizzeria in a small town like Vejle.

02/12/2024: Review of Kaans Pizzeria: We ordered food from Kaans Pizzeria for an event, but unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. The quality of the food was very poor and did not live up to the price we paid, which is already higher than at many other pizzerias. I subsequently contacted them to give my feedback and hoped for a solution, e.g. a compensation in the form of food at another time. Unfortunately, their response was that I should have called immediately during the event so they could pick up the food - which doesn't solve the problem when the damage has already been done. Their unwillingness to rectify a bad experience and the low quality of the food means that I will not recommend Kaans Pizzeria to anyone. Customer service and quality should be the focus, but that was certainly not the case here.

23/07/2024: There was plastic in our pizza and they claimed it wasn't theirs. We were told that we could eat it anyway, but we refused.

23/09/2024: It was a very mixed experience, we got water straight away, but no glass, delicious bread and butter. Our food was served without cutlery, still no glasses. We had to ask for both parts ourselves. A cute little bottle was served but I had no idea what it was for. Unfortunately, I found two fish bones in my Helle fish.. My husband finally asked for toothpicks, he never got them, a disappointing experience when I had now boasted that we can do anything in my home town.

04/07/2024: 4/7-24 Nice happy hour 15-17 with good drinks at half price. But why should a bar person and a department manager kiss at the bar for the guests to see? Love life belongs outside the workplace....

04/08/2023: A thoroughly nice and relaxed atmosphere. Good food, friendly staff, clean and tidy.

26/07/2023: Very cozy, even if there was pressure. The staff asked if they could take our plates, instead of just doing it without considering if people were still eating. It is much appreciated. We were all done, so it was all right. The only downside is the prices. A quick service and nice that there is no noise in the room despite many people. A lovely evening.

31/05/2024: It was raining ☔ and you can't sit indoors in that Bitte Skur 🏠 so we drove somewhere else 🤥 but the staff were nice and friendly 😏 The food is probably on par with the other departments 🤪 Is usually good ☺️

13/12/2024: Tried nonos for the first time and we will never do that again. We ordered a margherita, Mexico and a deep pan American. Firstly, I don't understand why in slices your deep pan has an extra thick base when it is just as thick at the bottom as a regular pizza. (See attached pictures) Your American pizza is probably a bad mix of toppings. Worst pizza I've had in a long time. And that certainly didn't make the experience any better when we arrived at the agreed pick-up time but had to wait for 15 minutes. Next time just set the collection time for later if you know you will be behind.

02/09/2024: Much more than a sandwich bar! Ordered 2x bowls and samoza and meat pie. Everything made from scratch, super delicious.

19/07/2024: The first time I try the place, I thought I wanted something a little healthier alternative - I drive out there, and there is a sign with ring for this no x…..x, then I call and say I'm out front, then she is apparently just in the net and will be back in 5 min. I then wait about 8 minutes, then she comes and we order food, which was, by the way, more expensive inside the store than the prices outside. Next, I order two bagels with "marinated chicken". The chicken was the driest piece of meat I have ever eaten, it was overcooked and only seasoned with salt and pepper. Terrible chicken. In addition, the bread was hard, it doesn't surprise me if it's just Frost bread that she heats and makes sandwiches with. Can't be recommended in any way, can be made better even at home with the dry chicken, which didn't taste like anything

17/08/2024: Perfect coffee while charging the Tesla. Should have longer opening hours though.

05/08/2024: The food was very expensive for what we ate… although Denmark is not cheap, it was more expensive than at the airport.
