23/08/2024: Delicious sushi. The restaurant seems inviting and clean and nice. Polite service.

16/06/2024: Good sushi we got the Tako menu. It can be recommended.

24/11/2024: Lousy baker. Shod selection, never enough of the item in demand, always too much of something else. The young girls there are very nice and welcoming. The same cannot necessarily be said of the older staff.

04/09/2024: We cycled there from GronneHave Strand Camping, it was raining heavily when we arrived. So we went to the Varmestuen. We were served friendly and promptly and assigned to a table with a smile. We ate and drank there and enjoyed the ambience. Nowhere can you get even closer to the locals. We recommend it to anyone who accepts smokers and can have some patience, then it will be a good time, which we definitely had. Finally: The house wine there is called Jägermeister!!!

27/08/2024: Today we got there around 5pm and sat at table 4. At the same time, shortly after or before, 3 tables were also occupied: 4 older women and 1 gentleman, a German couple with a son, a couple with a large black dog. Everyone was served: drinks were also delivered, menu cards were distributed and collected after the requests were taken, but not passed on to us. We, on the other hand, were completely ignored. Even when the employee tapping beer wanted to put one on the table for us, which we said no (we hadn't been able to order anything), neither he nor the woman serving us made any attempt to speak to us about our wishes, etc. With this complete ignorance and unfriendliness we got up and left. We're both in our mid to late 50s, but we've rarely had to experience something like this in all these years. It's really frightening. And it makes you pretty angry.

09/09/2024: Fairly even. It's not bad, but okay. The pizza could have used a little longer. We ordered 1 family pizza, but they had forgotten this and instead we got 2 regular pizzas for the price of 1 family pizza.

05/12/2024: I have wanted to try this place for years but never had the opportunity. On Friday, we were some friends who were going to the theater and decided to give it our all. We ordered a table and entered a well-visited and extremely atmospheric restaurant. There is not a finder to put on either decoration, decor or atmosphere. It is a place where you know that this is where you come before you go in and have an experience in the same theme. The staff are both smiling, inquisitive, informative and friendly. And it is only on their behalf that it pains me to give the place such a bad review. Because the food tasted of ZERO and NOTHING. We were recommended their theater menu with large prawns for starter and beef tenderloin for main course. We all agreed to this, excitedly, as we thought it was a missed opportunity when we booked a table. 2 prawns on a plate with a lot of sloppy salad. The prawns tasted fine but not particularly extra ordinary for the price. The beef tenderloin tasted mostly of the crust and there was already very little of it. 3-4 tasteless potatoes, some carrot garnish and a red wine sauce that unfortunately couldn't add anything either. I am a very conflicted person and especially when it comes to the fact that there are otherwise nice and capable servants who have had no influence on this, so when asked if everything was as it should be I simply answered politely "it was quite fine". I'm not averse to trying it again because it's certainly not with anger that I'm writing this review. Just disappointment. For everything else to work. But I just think that the 2 decisive things for good food are that there is enough to fill you up and that it has lots of taste. We didn't leave hungry, but we didn't leave a taste experience richer. I kept thinking that at home they got chicken curry and envied them. I will come again one day and PROMISE to delete this review if it gets better next time. Because everyone can just have a bad day ❤️

30/10/2024: We got a shooting star.. ABSOLUTELY fantastic! Big kudos to them It's the best shooting star I've ever had and definitely worth the extra money!

15/10/2024: Today I wanted to eat fish for lunch and wanted to try your place fish & lunch. My experience is when I arrive I am asked how many of us there are. I explain that I am alone, to which the answer is that then we have no room. I could see there were plenty of free seats. I leave with the feeling that it is me as a person who is the problem. Is it because I am not ethnically Danish and my language shows that Danish is not my first language? Do you judge me as a poor payer because of my ethnicity or what? I simply can't see any other reasons.

09/08/2024: As an Aarhusian, you rarely come to Rødekro, depending on who you are of course :-) - but this was a successful experience beyond all expectations, the reviews that were here in advance gave evidence that the place was popular and that good food was served food, and it must be said that it did, in the time we ate alone, between 25-30 people came to pick up food or eat it "in house" then you are hungry and looking for a good place to eat , then Rødekro Chinese Grill is the place! UPDATED ON 09-08-2024 Rødekro Kina Grill is temporarily closed due to illness and it is unknown when it will open again.

01/08/2024: Top from here always go delicious food lovely service and always nice. And ABSOLUTELY NO weird opening hours. Where is the empathy towards you who complains. Get well from here.

15/12/2024: Toilet review: the women's toilet was in itself clean enough, but it is definitely not child-friendly as the choice of toilet seats makes it difficult for small children to sit there (it's American/trucker toilet seats where the front part is missing). Wish: toilet seats that children can also easily use.
