20/06/2026: Fantastic and beautiful food that is authentic with sweet staff

30/04/2026: A small, nice restaurant that I have been visiting since 1990. What has changed since then is neither the interior nor the menu, but the size of the portions has decreased and the price has increased in line with the development. Some say you sit too close, as there are only two small rooms for all guests (it is almost always completely full), but I think that is part of the charm of the place. I recommend a 'Combination 7', so you can taste a little of everything!

24/07/2026: The service was oki, but when the kid didnt like the food there was no follow up question. The Pizza is great, but the pasta comes in small portions.

22/07/2026: We ate pizza, children and adults. Very good food. Nice service and great patio. At the end of the pedestrian street, so nice to sit.

30/06/2026: Beautiful campsite on the beach. The lady at the campsite was friendly. Sanitary facilities outdated, but clean!

28/06/2026: Beautifully situated campsite 🏕️ directly on the Baltic Sea. The pitches are located immediately behind the beach. Permanent camping cabins and pitches for motorhomes are available. There is direct access to the sea. Beautiful, expansive beach right there 😉🏕️

11/07/2026: Stopped by US Pizza Henderson and was pleasantly surprised. The pizzas were really good – crispy base, generous toppings, delicious cheese that melted perfectly, and a good balanced sauce on both pepperoni and meat lovers. They tasted fresh and homemade. The service was friendly and fast throughout. The staff were smiling, attentive and made sure everything came hot and ready. Cozy place with a good atmosphere. I will definitely come back next time I'm in these parts. Haderslev is lucky to have such a pizzaria.

12/06/2026: Nice place in quiet surroundings, yet still close to Billund. The rooms are used and have a slightly worn look which comes from the carpets on the floor. Otherwise it is always nice and clean Good beds for me not too soft and not too hard. Breakfast 7/10 Served from 6.30.

05/05/2026: We came as a family of 2. I really enjoyed the space available. The property has a large playground for children. Billiards, golf, and table football are also available for the older guests. The bunk bed did the trick. I recommend it.

23/06/2026: Nice people and good food, for a great price. Came here after reading some reviews and was pleasantly surprised. And not a tourist in sight (except myself). Can definitely recommend!

08/06/2026: Small good bakery with indoor and outdoor seating. The coffee was ok but with the quality of the pastries it would have been better with a coffee from an espresso machine.

11/07/2026: Assalom Alaikum Girteka 😎 You can stop along the road at any time. To register at the office, see the door in the photo. Ring the bell. The office is on the left, the restroom is on the right. They'll tell you to use the ramp, count from left to right, as you look at the office door. After loading your documents, the company staff is very polite and reasonable. You're a good person.

19/12/2025: Went into an empty restaurant where no service came...left again after a short time.

12/12/2025: Room not cleaned, trash not emptied.

26/07/2026: We came 2 men from the street at 5pm on Saturday and asked if we could get a table, but it couldn't be done, which we thought seemed a bit silly at the time, there were many empty tables. So we ended up going out in front of the restaurant and making a reservation on their website, for 5:15pm the same day. Seems a bit strange that they turn people away at the door..

24/07/2026: Great experience and great food. Loved the big salad bar and the special types of meat especially. The staff were very friendly and helpful in explaining what everything was.

19/07/2026: We were stranded here at the restaurant during a storm surge in August 2024 and received a warm and friendly welcome. To this day, we still talk about the outcome and the owners' hospitality. Thank you again so much. The dinner we had that evening was absolutely delicious.

15/07/2026: The only aspect that could be improved is the lack of on-site parking. While this is understandable given the hotel’s location, the nearby parking options are quite expensive.

22/06/2026: Very dated hotel, not very well maintained or cleaned., with no air conditioning, so your only source of fresh air is opening a window. Rooms are noisy, as windows are quite dated. I do understand that hat this is a historic building, and that one may want to maintain its originality but I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels located inside heritage and historical buildings, which managed to keep the original feel but at the same time bring it up to today’s minimum hospitality standards and cleanliness. Hiding behind the statement that this is a preserved historical building, is not an excuse. Would definitely consider other hotels in the area during my next stay. This one has failed miserably in even preserving the history of the building.

28/10/2025: Food as expected. Service seemed a bit confused/disengaged.

26/10/2025: Five star staff, everyone was very friendly and the food was served super quickly. Tasty vegetarian options too. Tak!
