03/07/2026: A super friendly and inviting atmosphere. A cozy little refuge oozing with Danish culture and hygge. The prices are very competitive. Cafeen is a "brundt værtshus" which means that smoking is allowed inside. Even my fiancee who isn't fond of going to pubs enjoyed our time there, and asked if we could come visit there again.

07/07/2026: Always a good experience. Also this time. Smiling staff who quickly got a table ready, even though we hadn't booked a table. Delicious soup with crispy pickled peppers and cucumber as a starter. Clear recommendation from here.

01/09/2026: For me, this is the best ice cream and a must on every vacation!! I get it two or three times 😋🤗. It tastes so good and the atmosphere is really cool.

26/08/2026: We tried different flavors of ice cream and they all tasted delicious. The only downside was the limited seating outside.

30/08/2026: We happened to be passing by and picked up some coffee beans. The advice was excellent and the coffee is delicious!

09/08/2026: This is a nice place. There is seating inside and outside. Homemade kombucha is served, as well as different other drinks and snacks. We ordered and paid at the counter. It took some time for the coffee to arrive, while other guests that had arrived after us left with to go coffees. The coffee was okay. It’s great that it’s available decaf (which is rarely the case in Denmark), but I would recommend tweaking the oat milk that is currently used and maybe having another look at the coffee. It was far from the worst coffee I have had, but I had expected much more from a coffee roaster. My daughter, who usually chugs her decaf oat latte, found it too sour and left me half a glass. The oat milk looked strange - a bit like it had curdled. The croissant was okay, but nothing to swoon about. It lacked crispness and volume. Although the service is very friendly and the atmosphere is nice this is not going to be a go-to spot for me due to the coffee situation.

08/06/2026: Small good bakery with indoor and outdoor seating. The coffee was ok but with the quality of the pastries it would have been better with a coffee from an espresso machine.

04/09/2026: Quite some portions, service was top, attentive and kind. Food was also good, but Danish in a traditional manner! Large portions, doubt anyone will leave hungry! While there we saw an ice cream dish being brought out! It was huge. The interior definately a relic from the 1940-50th.

03/01/2026: I ate here yesterday because I'm spending the weekend here with my truck. I'll also be eating there today and on Sunday. The service staff is super friendly, the food is very good, and they speak Danish and English. You can also sit down to eat. I can recommend it to anyone passing through. 22/08/2026: I picked up takeaway. The service was nice, the food only had to be packed when I entered the restaurant, so pick-up was a bit slow. The food was super good, and there was plenty for two people.

21/08/2026: It was a great and positive experience. The food was great as usual. The waiters on duty that night are worth their weight in gold for the restaurant.
