27/06/2025: Had high expectations based on previous visits. Service is lacking in training/knowledge. Food experience was below average. If you just want something to eat, Karikat is a mediocre restaurant. The restaurant is not recommended.

02/11/2025: We stayed at Bredal Inn for 2 nights. A good, large room, completely free from noise from Horsensvej, which is heavily trafficked. The seafood buffet was very extensive and delicious. We also had a really good 2-course menu. The waiters were good and caring, the red wine was perfectly tempered and the plates were preheated. Not a single thing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay!

What makes it really special—besides the great beer—is Ulf, the owner. Ulf is without a doubt the sweetest and most genuine guy you'll meet. He has an incredible passion for beer and knows everything there is to know about it. You can tell immediately that he puts his heart into the place. He’s always ready to recommend something that suits your taste, and he does it with a smile every single time. The atmosphere at Knuds Garage is warm, relaxed, and full of personality. It feels like a home away from home—somewhere you can unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a really good beer in peace. The interior has a charming, almost nostalgic feel to it, and there’s just something comforting about being there. The beer selection is excellent. There’s always a solid variety of both local and international options, carefully chosen and well-kept. You can tell that every beer on the menu has been selected with care and knowledge. In short: Knuds Garage is not just a bar—it’s an experience. And Ulf? He’s the kind of owner every bar dreams of having. 21/11/2025: I was here tonight with a colleague on a superb food adventure, which was supported by incredible service, which our waiter Laura provided. She was incredibly welcoming, patient and smiling. Her warmth made the stay wonderful and lively, and we left here with a big smile on our face. Huge praise to her, and not only was the food good, she made sure we never lacked for anything and we were comfortable. Hope others can see the superb and down-to-earth personality that the young waiter carries with him. I don't think her performance should go unnoticed and I hope my colleague's experience leaves a mark on her and the entire team at Colosseum Sønderborg! She deserves it! Would highly recommend stopping by and get a smile from good food and a friendly waiter (Laura).

18/11/2025: Really bad food, and a flaky chef who lacks understanding of customer, supplier relationships!!! But nice waiters.

31/10/2025: A charming little shop with an incredibly good selection. Especially a huge range of vibrant colors. Including neon, which is otherwise hard to find. Lots of sample pieces to touch and feel. I received very friendly service and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. You can also buy a good coffee there. Update: I went back again to pick up some yarn that I just couldn't get out of my head. And once again, I received wonderful service. Each time, they included a little something extra. Thank you so much 🙏🏻 for me, one of the best yarn shops.

29/09/2025: An absolutely wonderful place to visit. Always good and helpful service, and the place is full of good knitting enthusiasm. My best recommendation.

26/10/2025: Ridiculous, or rather sad? Half of our order was forgotten (the restaurant was empty), the portions were outrageous (for these prices), the staff preferred to be on their phones (or preoccupied with themselves), and the waitress was invisible. Our feedback was ignored (seems to happen quite often). Truly abysmal.

03/10/2025: Super cozy little bakery with a large delicious selection. They have some delicious lunch rolls that are worth a visit if you're crossing Funen.

12/11/2025: Was invited to a party/party at the inn... Was in a room with a passage, from the parking lot, for all other guests who were going to eat in the inn room... which was a bit awkward for both us guests and the visitors. The food is super good, but the chairs are miserable when you sit over the food for several hours (3 course menu) There were 2 girls/ladies to serve us... one didn't seem to care to be there.
