20/08/2026: As a Japanese, I was a little nervous, but I have to admit that I was very satisfied with what I got. Good balance of flavors. Good ingredients. A little too much rice - but it worked with the flavors. And the staff at the checkout were quick, sweet and helpful. Would like to eat there again.

15/05/2026: We got pizza and pasta for the hotel. Good prices for Denmark and perfectly tasty. The people were nice too. If you're hungry and don't want to eat out in a big restaurant, this is the place to go.

18/04/2026: Very good food and a large selection of pizzas of all kinds. I personally recommend the ribs. The service was excellent. I recommend it to anyone hungry.

15/07/2026: The only aspect that could be improved is the lack of on-site parking. While this is understandable given the hotel’s location, the nearby parking options are quite expensive.

22/06/2026: Very dated hotel, not very well maintained or cleaned., with no air conditioning, so your only source of fresh air is opening a window. Rooms are noisy, as windows are quite dated. I do understand that hat this is a historic building, and that one may want to maintain its originality but I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels located inside heritage and historical buildings, which managed to keep the original feel but at the same time bring it up to today’s minimum hospitality standards and cleanliness. Hiding behind the statement that this is a preserved historical building, is not an excuse. Would definitely consider other hotels in the area during my next stay. This one has failed miserably in even preserving the history of the building.

11/09/2025: Insanely cozy restaurant. Not many tables, but a nice atmosphere. Will definitely try again next time we are in Tønder.

09/09/2026: You get your beer inside at the bar, so there's basically no table service. Nice atmosphere... €18.46 for two half-liter IPAs is okay.

17/06/2026: A beautiful atmosphere and a very welcoming feel. The service is impeccable and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. We visited the restaurant every day on Fanø and will definitely return.

13/09/2026: Cake table. Both a detour and worth the money. Total experience with super, delicious Cake table (incl. Super delicious buns). Warm reception, where you really felt welcome and also seen. Cakes well-made and just like it should be for a cake table in Denmark. Yeast dough, layer cake, baking pan, pies and cookies and everything in between. And at a nice price below value.
