What makes it really special—besides the great beer—is Ulf, the owner. Ulf is without a doubt the sweetest and most genuine guy you'll meet. He has an incredible passion for beer and knows everything there is to know about it. You can tell immediately that he puts his heart into the place. He’s always ready to recommend something that suits your taste, and he does it with a smile every single time. The atmosphere at Knuds Garage is warm, relaxed, and full of personality. It feels like a home away from home—somewhere you can unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a really good beer in peace. The interior has a charming, almost nostalgic feel to it, and there’s just something comforting about being there. The beer selection is excellent. 09/11/2025: The food was as expected from a fast food chain, but they have NOT been able to cook the food on 2 different days. Super annoying to go in there for a quick bite and then have to wait 25-30 minutes for it to come. 15-20 if you go drive-in

07/09/2025: During our visit, there were long waits. Staff seemed understaffed. The food is expensive but good. The elevator could be better displayed. A menu at the entrance would have been helpful.

22/08/2025: The food is very tasty and, by Danish standards, reasonably priced. The ambiance is a bit dated, but everything is clean and tidy; in Berlin, you'd call it retro style. Only the service was spotty. The cashier couldn't hide her constant eye roll as the menus grew longer and heavier, and she made no effort to prevent it. She then silently handed over to a colleague in the middle of the ordering process. However, the deal went smoothly with her.

10/10/2025: Really delicious open sandwiches with homemade jam. etc. A visit here is a Friday tradition for us.

22/11/2025: Really nice place and good atmosphere. They were full when we arrived a little after 6pm, but the host said it would probably only take 15 minutes before anyone left, so we waited and he made sure we got a table. The food was also really good, so I would definitely recommend it

06/09/2025: Have ordered 2x no. 4. The portion is fine, good with carrots and cabbage and a lot of oil, but unfortunately does not taste like authentic food, as the place advertises. The dish lacks so much to be a no. 4. Ok fried noodles with vegetables, but not much more than that. Thanks for the food.
