15/09/2026: I had a wonderful dining experience at Binderup Restaurant. The menu offers an impressive combination of Persian, Italian, and Danish-inspired flavors, with plenty of delicious choices. The grilled meats were tender and flavorful, while the saffron rice and Persian kebab dishes added an authentic touch. The homemade pizzas had a lovely crisp crust and fresh toppings, and the grilled salmon was another excellent option. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, Binderup Restaurant is a great place for quality food, generous portions, and a memorable dining experience.

06/06/2026: We didn't understand anything and weren't quite sure what we'd bought for breakfast, but everything was absolutely delicious! The marzipan croissants with chocolate were the best! 🤤 Highly recommended, but a bit hectic if you just want to buy something for breakfast in the morning. You have to take a number and then they call your name. Unfortunately, they don't sell coffee; that would be a good addition. Otherwise, it's fantastic and highly recommended!

09/11/2025: 2 day course stay. Beautiful conference room, dinner served in cozy surroundings. The "rest" of the hotel has the feel of a conference center.

08/11/2025: There was something sticky on the wall in the bathroom. I think the cleaning staff is not instructed to clean the wall and therefore they do not take ownership. Classic problem with cleaning... Anyway, the rest of the room I had was OK, plenty of space. My overnight stay included breakfast and the street breakfast is expensive. Food in the prices was a little sharp (schnapps or similar) I have almost never seen that before, at least not in Denmark and not at hotels in this price segment. If you value a good breakfast, then I would choose this hotel over anything else within 50km. It was a really good experience. The breakfast moves the overall experience up to 5 stars. The fact that there is a Tesla supercharger makes charging a breeze and in the nearby town of Middelfart, I ate quite an excellent Thai dish for dinner. Middelfart is also cozy and has a nice harbor with some special architecture on the harbor front. All in all, a good experience.

23/09/2026: Practice! Practice! Practice! What a shame - Blåvand Fiskerestaurant is in no way what it used to be! Today it has been transformed into a tourist trap, where the goal is to cram as many people as possible into the smallest possible space and get people out the door as quickly as possible, so that a few more times can be turned over at the same table. I have nothing against making good money, but now it has become far too crude and far too obvious that it is now only about profit maximization. The food is not at all what it used to be, it lacks decoration, richness, the impression of being made with pride and grandeur. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very bad with incredibly LOUD SPEAKING, people almost have to shout to drown out other guests, as the acoustics are completely lousy, as there are plaster ceilings. You can clearly hear everyone else's conversations from a long distance in the restaurant. Some partitions and some acoustic ceiling could remedy the problem. At the same time, there is absolutely NO coziness or environment in the restaurant - it is only a feeding place for those who wander in. It is probably typical one-time tourists by now. We have found a far, far better alternative to the restaurant in Hvide Sande instead, which has coziness, good atmosphere and absolutely fantastic food.

18/09/2026: Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food, as we weren't served and left the restaurant after some time without having ordered anything. The woman who served us was then very unfriendly. Never again!

28/03/2026: Candidate for Denmark's best pub. Cheap prices, cozy atmosphere and karaoke on Thursdays. Has a few special shots, try the apple cake model for example. The courtyard is lovely in the summer, we bridge players can easily fill it on a good day. Brown pub, which means you can smoke indoors, which can easily be smelled when you get home.

14/08/2026: Excellent restaurant, magnificent service, friendly service, and reasonable prices in an elegant, quiet setting. We escaped the super-touristy restaurants in Billund and found this gem. They're very kid-friendly. Worth the fifteen-minute drive!

12/09/2026: Jess was a huge legend in the lobby, great atmosphere, even better than when we came in, demands a pay raise

05/06/2026: We went to the Gin tasting, with 5 different gins. And a 2 course menu. Definitely worth the money with a great review of the 5 selected gins.!
