06/12/2024: Excellent pizza place, but may have difficulty finishing at the agreed time.

16/11/2024: The food was ready 25 minutes after the promise. The pizzas were ready on time, but the durum roll broke for them and that's perfectly fair, but then you put a new one over immediately instead of waiting 15 minutes so that the pizzas become lukewarm.

28/03/2025: I have only had good experiences over the years. Good service & good food.

10/03/2025: I ordered 1 km away and the fries were still crispy and hot

28/03/2025: I ordered a deep pan pizza and I got... well, I don't even know what I got. It certainly wasn't a deep pan pizza. The crust was thinner than my grandmother's pancakes and there was barely any filling. It tasted like a bland cheesecake with a little tomato sauce spread on it. I'm deeply disappointed and feel cheated. If I wanted a thin pizza, I would have ordered a thin pizza. But I ordered a deep pan pizza and I got... nothing. Waste of money!

30/03/2025: 11th and last visit to Atami Fredericia My wife and I had chosen to go on a romantic trip to Atami in Fredericia last night (29/3). Upon arrival, there were not many guests and the table service went well. However, despite there not being many guests at 5:30 PM, we actually got our starters before the drinks we ordered were served (there was something missing from the order that we made one of the waiters aware of, but it never came). During dinner, their robot drove into my chair several times and eventually it became annoying and I approached a waiter who explained that it was because I was sitting too far out with the chair!!! I moved all the way under the table and it then still drove into my chair.... The romantic dinner is already ruined here and despite me enjoying the food, the mood is not at all great when I have to pay. Explaining to the young man at the bar what I have experienced and he can offer to remove the chili mayo and tariaky from the bill....WOW, that should have been deducted at least 25% because of the experience!!! 700 DKK for a terrible experience is a waste of money. This was my 11th visit to Atami and to date the worst. You have gone from something that seemed like a delicious place to eat to an ordinary second-rate restaurant. Unfortunately we will not be back and hope that you can improve your future service to other customers.

11/03/2025: Service was quite okay, they opted to seat us between other groups but when I asked I could choose my own seating. Food was mediocre, sushi was standard, but I missed some more flavourful and not so basic starters. Dessert was ice cream, which, as the only options, was quite disappointing. The question is, would I eat there again? Hmm, maybe if i had no other option, but I would not be my first choice. Regarding atmosphere, a really loud family was having a dispute. It was quite entertaining but rather hectic as well. But I can't slander the restaurant for that

22/03/2025: The food was ok. I thought it was annoying to see the tables not being cleared. When our “neighbors” left their table, there were about 100 empty plates, which took a long time to be cleared. The staff looked like they really didn’t care about their jobs.

09/02/2025: Really good little grill bar and then they have home-made fries that are super good and you just have to try them..

29/12/2024: Smager slet ikke indisk, smager af en standard gryderet du kan lave derhjemme. Naan brøddet er bare madpakke brød du kan købe for en 10’er i Netto. Virkelig skuffet

02/04/2025: Incredibly service minded staff who do everything they can to accommodate their guests. Have only tasted their cakes and coffee, but can recommend both. I rarely sit in the café, but take the coffee into some of the library's work rooms. However, the café is cozy and I have enjoyed sitting there with a friend before. Can recommend the place if you are into delicious, freshly made coffee, homemade snacks, smiles and service.

02/06/2024: The worst noise ever! When you better turn the pop down, they just make rude comments like "I can go on all night as long as I get to drink money". And there are often people who come up and argue. And don't even get me started on the overly loud music which only annoys even more because they have all the doors and windows open all night. And it's not just at the weekend, but also during the weekdays, they play way too loud and long music, with the doors open.

04/04/2025: Very bad experience with the check-in lady. When I made my reservation I asked for a quiet room that did not face the street, and they gave me one next to the parking lot and the street, with the cars 2 meters from me. And the lady told me what was there...

26/03/2025: Food was okay choud be better like the souce but I was nice and on the medium side of prices and prices types wrongly on the menu 4/10 service nice the staff is nice and fast working 7/10 And the atmosphere bad almost no space to sit must stand all of the time

16/03/2025: Really bad experience. Ordered two pitas, one with kebab and one with chicken. Arrive and find out my order has been given to another person. Next, they start making my order and I am told that five minutes will pass and my order will be ready. I am then offered a soft drink, from a fridge which is open and where other food items are stored and where there is a dressing that drips onto the soft drinks. I refuse the soda. When I get my order, one pita has turned into durum and the one who was supposed to have chicken had never seen the shadow of a feather, let alone a chicken. It looked like some cheap parody of something that might have been bacon. Add 🤢🤮 and the worst thing was that on the spot they would not acknowledge or accept that they had made a mistake. And on top of that they demanded full price for what they had done, but I refused to do that. And besides, they had their display hidden. It's the checkout display I'm talking about, the one that shows what you have to pay. And they have that because they want to cheat someone if they can get away with it. By saying a right price than it is in reality. Never again if I buy food there 🤢🤮😡🤬

30/12/2024: Never experienced such poor service before, the staff were rude and not very welcoming. Also, the food was cold when we got it.

28/12/2024: The worst place you can set foot in is ordering a steak sandwich with gravy and fried egg and no steak in it. She claimed she has always done it like that and she has been employed for 1 year, she said, well she got to give me the money back, Never putting our feet there again, nothing was out of control. So only bad recommendations from here. The worst food place in the whole town of Varde We talked nicely, but when the fault is hers, you must also be able to admit this, remember the customer is always right, you should hear the case from both sides. Everyone else inside the grill also said there is steak in it even though there is sauce and fried egg in it. The very bad service. Hope they are trained properly the next time you hire young people.
