06/06/2025: The meat was a disappointment, but the sauce was amazing

06/05/2025: Was turned down for coffee and cake because of a company later. There would have been room. Was directed to the Wood Troll on the other side of the road.

19/06/2025: Just moved to Tjæreborg and we were going to get pizza from the only place in town. It actually tasted good, but both me and my kids got sick to their stomachs almost immediately after eating.

11/05/2025: Min mand og jeg har flere gange være her - men denne gang var maden uspiselig!!!! Det startede som, det plejer - meget søde og imødekommende unge tjenere, der gjorde alt for, at vi havde det godt. Desværre gik det galt for maden - da den kom var den så salt, at det faktisk var uspiseligt. Vi bruger tit selv meget salt, så derfor tænker jeg, at det var godt, det var os, der fik det. Det var eftermiddag og vi var meget sultne - vi havde været på farten hele dagen. For engang skyld kom de ikke og spurgte om vi var tilfredse eller vi ville have mere - så havde vi sagt det. Men vi var sultne og tjenerne havde travlt. Da vi sagde det til den meget venlige og ordentlige unge mand, sagde han, at det var anden gang den dag, nogen havde klaget over for meget salt. Ærgerligt - det varer længe, inden vi kommer igen.

10/05/2025: Had to send the steak back twice as it was very red, it was ordered to be cooked through.

21/07/2025: 47 kroner for a small soft ice cream................Forget it.

17/07/2025: Lovely grill and ice cream parlor, which is worth a visit if you weren't completely full at the "Både og" restaurant, a little further up the road, or if you fancy an ice cream.

08/08/2025: We ate fish & chips and shooting stars and they both tasted heavenly. And the fries were really good. We finished with ice cream from gelatto which is also the best ice cream in town.

19/07/2025: Completely stupid ordering system. Sold out when you get to checkout and no help. That was the worst explanation ever. Get a normal ordering system like all the others. Being told you have to download an app to even be able to order is really stupid. Especially when not everyone needs it. The food is not worth it by the way. Have a nice summer🥳

21/08/2025: Haven't eaten there, but it seems like they have very poor customer service if you write something bad about them. Doesn't seem like a place to order from in this case.

08/06/2025: Ordered over wolt. I recommend choosing another place to eat from. You don't get anything for your money in my opinion. We ordered a chicken box, and hot wings. Box for 95+ and wings for 68 kroner. 68 kroner for 5 small wings is crazy. You can buy +2 kilos of wings for that price. ("then they must be good too" said my partner) And for the 98 kroner we got 2 wings, 2 tiny chicken fillets, and 2 large drum sticks. On everything except the wings, the breading fell off in big lumps and it was in a wet box. So, it wasn't a good first time experience. Then comes the personally worst part - in the picture of the box at wolt, there are clearly fries, the box and sauce. But when it arrived there were no fries. We didn't order 11 pieces of chicken to eat it without anything else. When we call the restaurant they try to seem helpful, ask if we send a text message, with the address, etc., but then they would like to start a "fight" about who is right, instead of taking responsibility for using pictures that are "misleading" As you can see from the owner's response, he would rather fight and play smart than take criticism. Reply to owner: There is good reason for a bad review, but I can see that you have a sore back. Back to being a grill man at a pizzaria, mate. You are not fit to run a business, and certainly not with meat you can't even figure out how to cook 50% of the time.

08/06/2025: I ordered a deep pan kebab pizza and it was very good, nice ingredients, hot pizza

27/05/2025: Never get food from here. How hard can it be to tell if people don't want ads, there's a very nice sticker that's blue or orange where it says so. Update, you'd think that after 3 years of not being idiots and not having ads that they'd learned something, no it doesn't seem like they have, just got one of their advertising flyers again. HOW HARD IS IT TO UNDERSTAND! Update 27/05, And again and again they've been around, shouldn't you just report them for not following the rules for ads.

02/09/2025: If I could give 0 stars I would. This was something you would think they fished out of a trash can.. The ham was clearly too old or had been sitting out and become dry and tough. The fries were raw... Never again will I buy from there! :( Have they got new owners? Babylons used to be a good place

20/07/2025: Here you are gambling on food poisoning when you order. On the other hand, it also tastes really bad.

02/09/2025: The atmosphere of an old castle is always a bit magical. Hvedholm is no exception. Magnificent halls and a tower that you definitely have to experience. Don't expect a "Disney castle" where everything looks new and polished, but instead enjoy the authentic old. The service was friendly and welcoming, mainly consisting of young people, where it was clear that there were several new ones. But if you show a little patience, you will have a very pleasant experience. We got a nice room with a view of the lake. The food was a tasty multi-course menu for the evening, and the breakfast buffet was quite nice. The selection is not as large as in larger hotels, but we didn't feel we were missing anything.

27/08/2025: Sunset is what Sunset is, but the fact that a young employee stands with the whipped cream can in his mouth and takes a mouthful before putting it in the fridge is disgusting. Won't be back.

28/03/2025: The food is okay, one screen is broken. We are told we can order takeaway as there is 15 minutes until they close. The young boy who makes our burger is angry, rude and throws our food together and into the bag. The burger tasted fine because of the ingredients, but it was just thrown together and fell apart in the bag. Also, bags were just thrown across the desk as well as with a flabby attitude. The bag contains no napkins.

06/09/2025: Ask for tasty pizzas. Nice staff. Nice restaurant with 5 tables. Recommended.

01/07/2025: We ate there. Had to wait almost an hour for a pizza and kebab. All telephone orders had priority. No atmosphere, lots of noise and shouting from the open kitchen. It smelled very much like deep fryer. The kebab was okay but the pizza was far too thickly topped.

30/08/2025: Many different dishes to choose from, however, we have experienced several times that the food was cold.

24/08/2025: Good food. Good price. Good service.

15/06/2025: We were at our first event out there. The food tasted good but they were too lazy to fill it up and forgot to tell us that there was only one dessert per person. If it's a buffet, you shouldn't only charge one dessert per person and if they want to make sure you only take one, they put up a sign or serve it at the table. The actual experience of the race was fantastic but it would be great if the staff came to the table and asked if we knew about the game.
