23/12/2025: the waitress charged the wrong table, so I paid more than double of my actual bill. Since I am not familiar with the conversion of danish kroner, I noticed only after paying by card. These mistake can happen, but I am still waiting for the transfer to my bank account of the money I paid too much!! I feel betrayed and the food was definitely not worth the money. Pay attention!

11/11/2025: Bad service! I asked the man if I can't buy more vegetables in their pho. Since the picture shows that carrots etc. are in the soup. The man/owner talks/shouts very loudly that they don't put vegetables in their soup and that it can't be done. Then I say. That it was just what their picture shows and even that he denies even though we both stand and look at the picture. Bad customer service. Strange behavior and why should it be made a problem to get vegetables downstairs inUppen for more payment🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

22/09/2025: Fantastic place and fantastic food and service! We ordered their 5-course menu with wines and we can't find a single bad thing to say about it all! The food was really good and exciting, the service was top notch and the restaurant itself and the view what is not to like? We were glad that we live in a camper right next door - because we were so full and a little drunk that it was nice that we were close to our "home"! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! 🙏🏻❤️

22/09/2025: Dear Mast, Thank you so much for a fantastic experience with your 5 courses with wine. It was such a delicious end and last evening of our holiday. The food was completely out of the ordinary and the wines were perfectly matched. I would love to come back and recommend everyone to have the same experience. Thank you to the lovely staff. 17/11/2025: Neat and clean, although the counters can seem a bit “cluttered” to navigate. Personally, I think that some of the items lack signs so that you can clearly see what the items are and how much they cost. Unfortunately, this is something that can irritate me as a customer. The employees made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. They were service-minded and accommodating, and it created a good atmosphere during my visit. The selection of rolls is not that large, but the ones that are there taste really good. The cakes are also a clear highlight – beautiful, fresh and delicious. There is also the opportunity to enjoy your food in the bakery at chairs and tables.

08/07/2025: Tastes great but honestly. Order 5 buttered rolls and pay 30 kr. for butter that is almost not present. That's not good enough. For the 30 kr. I could buy 2 packages of kærgården on sale 🙈 That's a lot of Lagkagehuset.

03/09/2025: Terrible salad pizza no taste soft on the bottom also the diet it 124 kr with a can of soda would not recommend eating there we will definitely not come there again

22/08/2025: The food and cleanliness were mediocre to bad, but what was really cheeky was that the landlord cheated me out of almost 20 euros when I paid. Unfortunately, I only noticed it when I got home and converted it... It's a shame that people treat first-time guests who don't know their way around like this!

09/08/2025: 199 kr for a crappy buffet!!!! AND overpriced for drinks! Absolutely worst experience yesterday 8/8-2025. Totally arrogant service and miserable atmosphere. Really crappy buffet. Boring pizza, dry oven potatoes and boring salad. The only bright spot was a sweet and smiling young girl who seemed a bit stressed.

01/08/2025: We visited the place in connection with a holiday in Lalandia at Easter. This is not an Espresso House - it is a bad and exceptionally poor burger joint that sells Espresso House coffee. You cannot buy much of Espresso House's normal selection. On the other hand, you can buy an exorbitantly bad and dry burger for an unbelievably exorbitant price; read, someone should be ashamed, and you should drive to McDutten and buy a hamburger instead - even though McDutten is 10 km away. It was messy, and the tables were neither cleared nor cleaned, despite the fact that the staff was made aware of it - nothing happened; we had to get some napkins ourselves and wipe it off. The waiting time was extremely long despite the fact that there were not many people.

23/08/2025: Best pizzaria in Odense. Good service and they listen to what you want. Really recommend it. 😊👌

09/08/2025: Absolutely the worst burger I've had in a long time😂 30 minute wait, no customers in the bar… Tasteless, overstuffed with lettuce Aftertaste of stale ketchup I'll save myself the trip

31/10/2025: I bought a kebab sandwich for 85 kr where the last half of the sandwich was without kebab

21/10/2025: King food! Ordered on wolt 15-20 min later the food had arrived with a scooter that drove 2 km Super döner and free pepsi! It's the second time this week

09/12/2025: Very centrally located, but too expensive for the quality and condition of the rooms, like everything in Denmark.

07/11/2025: Lovely room and really good staff friendly and helpful So well located in relation to the city perfect if you are going to be in Odense

07/12/2025: Malle just can't be a DJ. Too bad and old music, and we want Mr. Nissen back, or someone who plays bangers or songs from 2020 and after, and NOT before!! Please think about it, as our city tour was ruined because of this.

19/01/2026: I have tried to contact Bluefin via messenger (02/01), email (07/01) and instagram (10/01) to find a solution, but since Bluefin cannot be contacted, I am forced to give a bad review. We had ordered food for New Year's Eve with pickup at 5:00 PM, but unfortunately did not receive our food until 6:35 PM. We fully understand that it can be extra busy on an evening like New Year's Eve. However, we were surprised that - despite the fact that there were a lot of customers in the queue after us - we were still among the last to receive our food. Unfortunately, the long delay meant that the food could not be enjoyed as planned, which negatively affected our New Year's Eve.

05/12/2025: Just went in and ate there, and unfortunately had a pretty bad experience with it, it took a long time to get the food and drinks, and we were put at a table in the middle where people kept walking in on us and this applies to both the waiters and the other guests, so I wouldn't recommend the place😳

28/07/2025: Card payments are a bit difficult, so it's best to bring cash. Staff also speaks English. The food was good.

12/07/2025: Great initiative with whole wheat pizzas and it was one of the tastiest pizzas I've ever eaten.
