07/08/2026: A fantastic evening with a great atmosphere and delicious food. A hidden culinary gem. Lovely Moroccan dishes made with love from scratch. The food here takes time, but it is worth the wait. The service is polite, good and witty. Lovely place, we will definitely come here again... often!
30/07/2026: Every time I've eaten here, the food has been piping hot, wonderfully spicy without being overpowering, intensely fragrant and a feast for the eyes. This stuff takes time to make and eat, but it's worth every minute. If you're into spicy food, this place is a gem. If you're not into spicy food, one dish here might change your mind.

12/08/2026: I went to Fredes café with two good friends…in Kolding Storcenter for the first time, and what a wonderful experience! 😊
Delicious food, great atmosphere and incredibly sweet and welcoming staff. We were allowed to sit and enjoy ourselves for a few hours, and as an extra nice gesture we were offered a free cup of coffee.☕️🫖
Thank you so much for the fantastic service – we will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 🌟🌷

19/08/2026: Small menu, but generous portions on the plate with menu #6. Limited seating, but it depends on what you order. Excellent value for money. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely eat there. Payment is cash or mobile only. Euros were also accepted.

Nice staff👌👌 4 adults can easily make do with 3 dishes to share.

15/07/2026: Really nice hotel right at the ferry port in Shedborg. Classic, historical and Danish style. Service minded and friendly staff with a big smile welcomed us at the reception. Room was ok, no AC but not promised either. Small fan and open windows kept us comfortable. No elevator in our building which might be a plus as the tasty Danish food and local beer needs to be taken care of. 😂👍🏻
