25/11/2025: Today Tuesday at 12:30. Christmas lunch. Uninviting buffet, dry duck breast, a tenderloin you couldn't cut, overly salted fish fillet, no water glasses on the tables, no warm liver pâté. You can do better.

02/11/2025: Super celebration of my 60th birthday. Had invited 50 guests to a tapas buffet and everything went well. Delicious dishes and good service 👍👍

12/02/2026: The hotel definitely deserves its excellent reputation. Its great location is a major advantage – it's a short drive from the airport (5-6 minutes by car), which is convenient for both late arrivals and early departures. There's also a bus stop nearby, offering quick access to the terminal. Another advantage is the excellent breakfast. The selection of dishes is wide, everything is fresh and delicious, ensuring everyone will find something to their liking. Furthermore, every day from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, hotel guests can enjoy a free beer or glass of wine, and children can enjoy a juice of their choice. Another major advantage is the proximity to Legoland and Lalandia (both are within walking distance). This is a great option for families with children. In summary, the hotel combines comfort, a good location, and high-standard service. I highly recommend it, especially for family travelers and those who value comfort and time savings.

05/02/2026: Booking type: I booked a standard room. Pros: It was a good size, clean, the bed and towels were clean, there was a kettle, the breakfast was nice (a simple buffet), the service was good, there was a convenience store in the lobby, ample free parking, and excellent Wi-Fi speed. Cons: There was no bidet, no luggage service, no air conditioning, and the services were far away. I tried the dinner at the hotel; the food was average. My personal opinion: I recommend it in winter if you have a car.

15/02/2026: Cozy atmosphere, high-quality and delicious food, friendly staff. A pricey restaurant, but highly recommended.

14/02/2026: I think it was a disappointing experience, we were served by an unsmiling woman in her 60s, the portions were small and tasteless. My wife got 3 plaice fillets with potatoes and parsley sauce (260 kroner). There were 3 small curly plaice fillets on the plate as the only thing, no decoration, nothing. The fillets were tasteless and very soft, no crispness at all. Potatoes and sauce came in small bowls as an accompaniment. The sauce and potatoes tasted good. I got a “luxury” shooting star, which was nicely presented, but the food was tasteless and the portion was too small. When you order a shooting star for 250 kroner, you should feel full when you leave the table. We won’t be back.😕

14/10/2025: Really poor quality today. baked pizza with spaghetti and beef burnt on it and if you saw 25 grams of beef in that pizza then I did too. Spaghetti badly cooked the only thing that pulls up to 2 stars were the fries. It doesn't look like a pizzaria to make such poor quality. Okay I'm disappointed.

24/09/2025: The half chicken and the Mexican burger were very tasty. A little more burger sauce would have been nice. The fries were good. The price/performance ratio was right. The young woman who served us was incredibly friendly and attentive. I wish I had service like that all the time. I would eat there again. The pizza at the next table looked delicious.

31/08/2025: I don't think their food is very good because when they bring the food it has become cold and not very hot anymore.

24/08/2025: The staff there are very welcoming. The atmosphere and the food is great.

17/11/2025: A small mistake, such as barbecue instead of ketchup. Almost impossible to find a place without a draft when the door outside is constantly opened. Cleaning/tidying up could use a boost.

07/11/2025: Very nice burgers and fries. Everything was delicious.

07/12/2025: Nice Christmas buffet with herring, fish fillet, roast pork, etc. You'll be happy to come back here again.

10/08/2025: We had 3 nights, we are extremely satisfied. Good beds good food. Friendly staff Located close to Aabenraa and other cities that are worth a visit and also close to the German border if you need to do a little shopping. Highly recommended

28/10/2025: A truly awful place. I see others have had the same experience with their fish and chips – it gives you a stomachache. We arrived in Faaborg harbor by boat in the summer and visited the Faaborg Røgeri Café – it was a terrible experience. Stay away.

17/10/2025: It could be done better, with very little effort. 2 half pieces of rye bread for an otherwise large plate is just too little. The fish was nice, but was too dry, as if it had been sitting out too long. The potato salad was not good, but it was the beer, which was beyond the usual you get everywhere else.

19/10/2025: Me and my girlfriend visited this lovely local gem. We were treated to a sumptuous meal by the hosts, with delicious Wiener Schnitzel and good drinks. The hosts and the local guests took great care of us, and later in the evening they took us on a guided tour of Svendborg's nightlife🍺🍹An unforgettable evening with high spirits🥳

15/07/2025: Went back a year later and this is still true! Good price and service. They have gluten free pizzas that taste like normal pizzas! The time from ordering to being served was less then 15 minutes for a gluten free pizza even though there where many people ordering at the same time! Pizza good, yum yum!
