23/11/2025: Seems like a family run business. The atmosphere and spirits are always high and the service polite. Always feel welcome. The quality of the food is good, very much in line with what Danes want when they order pizza.

01/10/2025: In the middle of nowhere is this quaint café with a very friendly owner who makes delicious coffee. Since we were here off-season, unfortunately, there was no cake, but we'll try that on our next visit.

24/08/2025: Actually a really good concept with a cozy and original interior and a nice host. It could be a great place to enjoy your coffee, as the only possible place on Langeland, if it weren't for the hygiene! It was non-existent.

10/12/2025: I wasn't there in person But I've heard it's supposed to be a really good place to buy bread and cakes I was there in the courtyard right behind the store It's called Frøkær Papier og Vin There I got really friendly and smiling service and the staff was quick to find the ballpoint pens I was looking for and the large 70 by 100 cm cardboard they have is both strong and very smooth.

Looking forward to a new visit when a renovation has been completed or at least the windows has been changed from the current single sheet of glass (a lot of noise from the street below) - please keep the spirit and classical appearance of this nice and old hotel

19/01/2026: Very disappointing stay. There were so many things that didn’t work, and we will definitely not come back. First of all, check-in was in the morning after a very long trip. We asked if we could grab a quick coffee, breakfast service was still running but they told us it wasn’t possible. After paying such a high price for the hotel, this felt very cheap and unwelcoming. The building in general is old and poorly maintained. There is no sauna/spa/pool, and the gym was in very poor condition, with old machines that looked neglected, as if they were just placed there without any care. In the room, none of electrical sockets worked, so we couldn't charge our phones or connect any devices. And there was a massage chair in the middle of the gym(!?) Breakfast itself was acceptable, with a good variety of food, and the service from the waitresses was great. The bedroom, as shown in the pictures, was also very old and lacked basic amenities you would expect from a hotel at this price. There was no kettle or coffee machine, no extra pillows, and no additional blankets in case it got cold or if you wanted a thinner one. No coffee machine in the lobby either...never heard of that before either. Details make the difference, and in this case it was clear that no attention was paid to them. Overall, it was very disappointing and extremely expensive for what it offers. Many elements haven’t been updated for many years. We will definitely not return.

07/10/2025: A pizzaria in the middle of Sønder Omme that delivers a durum with kebab that is large and filling enough that everyone had to throw out a little leftover. Nice place to eat a durum before driving on.

20/06/2025: Fantastically delicious food at reasonable prices. Super sweet and welcoming staff. Clean and nice both outside and inside.

20/05/2025: You are always greeted with a smile, even at the busiest times. The food tastes good and there is always a great atmosphere.

28/09/2025: A truly exceptional place. The stuff is super friendly, the music is quite mild and allow people to converse. The whole vibe was so friendly and people were actually interested in getting to know the people who come in. If ever I'm back in Odense, this place will be a must revisit.
