28/03/2025: A platter of a juice menu The food at the restaurant was good, but the juice menu was a definite disappointment. It seemed as if the flavors were not tasted with the same care as the food, and several of the combinations did not suit the dishes at all. Some were downright unpleasant to drink in conjunction with the food. The table next to us had previously tried the juice menu and were clearly skeptical about trying it again – and for good reason. It was an experience that can best be described as the emperor's new clothes. Having to pay 900 kr. for something that felt so randomly put together is completely absurd. My wife chose the wine menu The Untraditional, but here too there were disappointments. Several of the wines were so sour that we honestly did not understand the choice. Conclusion: Save your money and order a bottle of Pellegrino instead.

08/12/2024: New Nordisk cuisine with a very seasonal centric menu. Our experience was exceptional with attentive service. We chose their juice menu and non-traditional wine pairing. Be prepared to spend some time here, as a full menu took us 4.5 hours.

18/04/2025: It's a good place to grab a quick bite. The food is slightly better than other fast food joints. The bathroom area is small, so sometimes it's a struggle inside. The tables and chairs are often dirty and we must clean them ourselves, but I would mostly say because people don't know how to respect the eating area or clean a little after themselves. When we order, there's a 1 in 3 chance , that something is wrong or missing.

29/10/2024: A cozy pub in the center of Haderslev, a bit hidden in a courtyard next to the market. There is only service at the bar. There is a separate room where you can play darts. There are also seats outside. On our first visit there was no hot water, so only cold drinks were available. Then this was resolved. The dogs were allowed in.

07/04/2025: Dejligt sted med søde tjenere , brunch med bredt udvalg , go kaffe og dejlig juice, dog mangler der røget laks som jeg mener er et must ved en brunch.. Lidt mere lys i buffeten så også de ældre kan se udvalget...

28/03/2025: Value for money = top! Small but nice snack bar with some seating. Card payments accepted. There were 6 of us and we were all able to sit at one table. Very clean and well-maintained; parking right on the street in front of the door; restrooms available; the seating areas/ambiance were quite cozy for a quick bite. A super diverse selection of dishes (homemade pizza, pita, durum, salad, kebab, pasta, homemade burgers, beef, chicken, and much more); there's truly something for everyone!! :o Some dishes are served with fries or rice, for example. They also came with various sauces/dips, as well as a very tasty side salad or fresh bread. The look and taste were truly top-notch!!! The staff served us directly at our tables. The dishes were ALL delicious and the portions were really generous! The value for money was simply top-notch; we paid the equivalent of about €16 per person (1 drink, 1 meal). There was really nothing to complain about! :) We would recommend it to anyone who might be feeling hungry while traveling or just doesn't feel like cooking in their vacation home. Really, really delicious!!!!! :)

02/12/2024: Hotel is located far from any shops and restaurants. Not accessible to public transport. Better opt if you have own car transport. Good spacious parking lot available. Rooms have this very old furnishing with lot of dirt marks. Not maintained well.
