14/03/2026: It is a sad, "Trumpified" trend that is spreading in our society. Trust has always been one of many Danish virtues, but if you choose to pay cash at McDonalds, all trust is gone. The order is only processed when the money is in the till. I perceive that as distrust, as if I would automatically run away from the bill. I have never experienced having to pay for my food before I ate at a Danish restaurant. And McDonalds likes to call itself a Family Restaurant, but unfortunately I cannot agree with that predicate. Furthermore, they should draw attention to the disposal situation Regards Kurt Bang

24/02/2026: Ordered takeaway food - but no napkins in the bag... It's obviously too difficult a task, and it's far from the first time it's happened...🙄

20/07/2026: This beautiful resort is set in a wonderfully quiet location, surrounded by nature and tucked far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are lovely, the buffet is delicious, and the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. The absolute highlight of the place, however, is the central courtyard, which is home to a delightful family of deer and goats. It is a truly wonderful feature that makes the stay extra special. On top of that, the grounds offer plenty of space for relaxing walks, a peaceful lake equipped with hammocks, a small football pitch with goals, and even a dedicated campfire spot to enjoy in the evening. You certainly won't get bored here. It is definitely worth planning a stop at this venue, especially if you are traveling around Denmark by car.

06/04/2026: Stayed a few days here. We had booked a spacious double room, and have to say that it wasn't very spacious. It took some time to get hot water for the first time in the mornings, but after letting quite a bit of water run, we got pretty hot water. But the room was very clean and comfortable, and we were happy with it. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was okay (for vegetarians). They did offer dinner buffet, but it looked like most of the dishes were meaty. The location is great - it is quiet and 30 min drive to Odense or Kolding. The most important thing to note is that the hotel closes at 9PM, so there won't be anyone to help if needed after that.

13/08/2026: I am a service man and have started stopping by Ullerslev pizza and grill since the gas station has become a regular part of my route. I ordered a durum kebab. It's been a long time since I've tasted such a good combination of ingredients. It's in the top 5 as one of the best durum I've had in 15 years. I tasted pure love, so people on the go who want something good and delicious, grab a roll from the guys. They are fantastic. You always meet them with a smile on their face and kindness...

29/05/2026: *Sorry* NO... Is it possible -ON A FRIDAY NIGHT- to order a pizza at home from your couch after 8:40 PM. No, not if you live between Ullerslev and Kerteminde. They close -FRIDAY NIGHT- at 9:00 PM No Well..

01/09/2026: I stumbled across this place hoping for a evening wonder through Kolding. The service was great. Then Cloudy lager with a hint of citrus, was just what I needed. The food was amazing. I had the Chefs special of 6 tacos. It was lovely.

08/08/2026: 2 out of 7 screens working. No table signs, so everyone stands in front of the cash register waiting for their food. Dirty floor. A customer asks for napkins to wipe the table, but gets a cloth stuck in his hand. Embarrassing experience, especially considering that HQ is right around the corner.

08/09/2026: Very friendly staff. Ice cream, hot dogs, and burgers taste great. Prices are perfectly normal for Denmark.

22/05/2026: Fantastic pizza man. Good pizzas, both baked, regular and deep pan. The salad pizza with kebab is especially recommended. It is. My go to pizza. Cozy atmosphere while waiting for the pizza down there. You can of course also eat on site. Service is top notch.

13/08/2026: The steak sandwich is big with everything you need - and the steak is delicious. I'm also a big fan of the sauce and fried onions coming in tubs on the side, so the burger isn't ruined as a takeaway. The sauce is disappointing though. It's pretty much just for show and tastes like nothing.
