24/06/2026: Really nice and kind people and fantastic service and the food tastes amazing. And the prices couldn't be better❤️

15/06/2026: Got a pepperoni pizza. Honestly wasn't impressed. The pizza was swimming in grease, so I was left with a clammy feeling after 3 slices. The crust can't be called crust on this pizza, as there is nothing crusty about it. It's just soft and indifferent. It's just a below average pizza.

27/06/2026: Absolutely perfect. We were greeted very warmly by a very nice young waitress. We had no trouble conversing in English. Inexpensive by Danish standards, similar to Germany. The food arrived very quickly and was amazing. I never would have expected it. The quality was absolutely top-notch, and the price was fantastic. We'd gladly come back anytime! 👍 👍 👍

02/07/2026: Italiano is our all-time favorite pizzaria in Esbjerg. They always have great bases and you can really tell that they are stone oven pizzas. If you want the best pizza in Esbjerg, this is it. :)

28/06/2026: I had my first crab crepe; my wife had one with tuna. What I found great was that it didn't come with fries. Instead, it was served with nachos and a caper dip. Delicious!! Of course, the crepes are also available with Nutella, cinnamon sugar, and all the other familiar toppings.

09/06/2026: We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Koldingfjord. Everything was top class! From check-in to check-out. Staff was very nice and friendly, rooms were clean, food at the restaurant tasted fantastic. There is nothing negative to say at all. Huge recommendation from here. Hotel Koldingfjord helped make our wedding day even more fantastic!

09/06/2026: The hotel is beautifully situated down to Koldiing fjord with their own bridge where ships can dock. The food is really good and varied. The buildings are historic and really beautiful.

02/07/2026: Excellent authentic Indian food. In this world where only 5 stars count, it can't be any different. You can certainly get a bigger and more complete dining experience elsewhere, but based on expectations and settings, it was definitely 5 stars. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the place had the impression of being newly started with all that that entails. But I was in the mood for some spicy Indian food, so I ordered a spicy lamb with rice and garlic naan with an employee. It took about 20 minutes, but it was worth the wait. The food tasted simply excellent. Perfectly cooked long-grain rice, ghee-dripping fresh naan and a fantastically delicious rustic lamb curry, where a piece of star anise and other spices only emphasize that this is authentic Indian food made from scratch. It's an absolute rarity, so if you're looking for a real Indian dining experience, you've come to the right place! So it's true that the room itself with its decoration and interior design is not exactly 5 stars, but I was looking for some delicious and spicy Indian food, and I couldn't have gotten better. Better excellent food in boring surroundings than boring food in excellent surroundings. Highly recommended from here!

14/06/2026: A fantastic bakery with a wide selection of cakes and pastries, so there's truly something for everyone. We bought a Blåvand wreath and a custard stick. Both were delicious, and for a total of €11, seven adults were able to enjoy them – excellent value for money. We were also particularly impressed by the friendly staff. We received excellent service and were able to communicate easily in German, which made shopping there a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Blåvand. We'll definitely be back!

14/05/2026: Coming all the way from the USA, I can honestly say this place is absolutely worth visiting! The food looks amazing and tastes even better. The atmosphere is fantastic, the prices are very reasonable, and the beer selection is excellent with plenty of great options to choose from. The staff and owners are incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re nearby, do yourself a favor and come enjoy some delicious food along with beautiful views of the sea. Definitely a spot I’ll remember and recommend to others!

13/05/2026: Frankel 5 in Havneby is a restaurant where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself. The food is absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We had the Stjerneskud, the star platter, and were completely satisfied. The service and ambiance are first-class. We give it 5 stars and our highest recommendation.

26/06/2026: We ate ice cream here three times during our holiday. There were always different flavors of ice cream on display. Of course, the classic flavors are always available. The coffee is also great. The seat cushions could use a wash.

19/06/2026: We absolutely loved this ice cream parlor. The flavors are simply unbeatable, the staff incredibly friendly and attentive, the half-scoop option instead of full-size scoops was a new and fascinating idea, the prices are reasonable, we'll definitely be back, and we highly recommend it. Keep up the great work!

06/07/2026: We only had a few drinks, but they were very good. We've rarely had such good hot chocolate. The two coffees were also very good and beautifully prepared.

05/07/2026: We've been coming to Lakolk for years. We've had ice cream at Fru Dax's many times and have always been satisfied. But this time we had a rather "special" experience. The young, blonde waitress who sold ice cream along with the homemade waffles was so rude, rolling her eyes at everything as if we'd done something to her. I've never experienced such unkindness towards customers. Luckily, we were still so excited because it was our first day of vacation that it didn't spoil the children's mood. Even my five-year-old son asked why the woman was being so mean... It really wasn't a pleasant vacation experience; some people just shouldn't be allowed to serve customers.
