30/10/2025: Wonderfully attentive and family-friendly owners and a super delicious selection of burgers. The prices are fair and the quality is worth every penny! We popped in briefly and asked if we could bring our dog inside. They said no, but they'd be happy to set up two tables outside for us – so kind of them. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

19/11/2025: A lovely little café with very friendly service. They offer lots of nice things like hot chocolate or Irish coffee, delicious ice cream or beer, and also good mulled wine. You can sit inside or outside. All in all, highly recommended. We went there almost every day during our holiday in Hennestrand.

11/11/2025: Restaurant Valdemar has maintained a good level the times I have visited them. I expect an average restaurant experience (based on price and "cafe" impression) and generally find that the food served exceeds my expectations with slightly better food craftsmanship and presentation.
