09/12/2024: Utrolig dejlig måde at begynde julen på, med et besøg hos Rudolf Mathis.
Det er snart prøvet en del gange , og det skuffer aldrig.
Både arrangementet, betjeningen , og helheden i sig selv, er en fuldendt oplevelse , som vi vender tilbage til igen og igen.

If it's not enough, you can walk another lap around Karlsgårde Sø.

Har nu efterhånden været på Admiralen mange gange under mine regelmæssige besøg i Kolding. Altid rigtig god mad, glimrende vine og udsøgt betjening. Mit besøg den 9. oktober var absolut ingen udtagelse.

03/11/2024: Ate at the restaurant, so don't know anything about room etc.
The restaurant is highly recommended and the quality is good. We got 6 courses and the wine menu. Presentation of the wines was a bit of reading, but fine enough.
The small waffle with crab was super good and their tartar was five stars.
30/10/2024: We had good food. We did not spend the night there.
