De bedste restauranter i Syddanmark

24/04/2025: Vi afholdt et firmaarrangement i kælderen. Ved ankomst spurgte vi, om det var muligt at slukke eller justere varmepumpen, da den blæste kold luft direkte ned på bordet. Vi fik at vide, at det ikke kunne lade sig gøre, da den var tidsindstillet. Flere gæster følte sig generet af kulden, og efter gentagne forespørgsler blev strømmen til sidst afbrudt. Som forventet ved et socialt arrangement var der en del samtale og livlig stemning, men dette syntes at irritere tjeneren, som på et tidspunkt reagerede med en direkte reprimande i stedet for blot at bede om vores opmærksomhed. Det føltes unødvendigt og kunne have været håndteret mere professionelt. En gæst spurgte, om det var muligt at få en anden type ske end sølvbestik, men fik at vide, at restauranten kun havde denne type. Dog blev desserten efterfølgende serveret med en anden slags ske, hvilket virkede lidt inkonsekvent. Maden var desværre middelmådig og levede ikke op til forventningerne. Alt i alt var oplevelsen skuffende, og tænker ikke vi kommer igen.

19/04/2025: Combina la inspiración culinaria francesa con ingredientes locales daneses. Cuenta con un ambiente relajado, animado e íntimo con un servicio atento. La comida era impresionante y tienen una gran carta de vinos. Bien - entrada comedor con una gran relación calidad/precio. Estamos seguros de volver.

06/05/2025: 🇬🇧On holiday in Vejle and to celebrate my birthday, my partner and I were in the mood for Indian food with lots of spice. The service was friendly, the food came very quickly, and we were able to watch the preparation of the naan bread directly in the kitchen. All the dishes were excellent and full of flavor, just as we wanted! Thank you very much for the great food! 🇩🇪On holiday in Vejle and to celebrate my birthday, my partner and I were craving Indian food with lots of spice. The service was friendly, the food came very quickly, and with a direct view into the kitchen, we could watch the naan bread being prepared. All the dishes were excellent and full of flavor, just as we wanted! Thank you for this wonderful dinner!

15/04/2025: Large selection of rolls. They are the tastiest rolls I have ever eaten in Denmark and I have been there many times. If we are nearby, the first route is to Nyemans. There is still real traditional craftsmanship there and you can taste it.

17/05/2025: We went there for dinner and loved it. The service was super friendly, the ambiance was really nice, and the food was simply outstanding. We were there with our dog and were allowed to sit in the cute little courtyard – it's covered and heated in case of emergency; a really nice option for dog owners in Denmark (it's not that popular there otherwise). Definitely recommend it!!!

13/05/2025: Love these small, local smokehouses! Also serves ready meals, we tried the Fish Fritters 😋! Closed Mondays, otherwise open every day. Recommended!

06/05/2025: Go there, feel good! Owner-run cafe, with attention to detail. Cakes are always homemade, great value for money! Very friendly and attentive hosts. Arriving early secures places, if all places are taken just go for a walk and try again, it's worth it!

19/05/2025: The food was as it should be - sorry, but it was of a high standard, but I guess everyone can do that with a little experience. What sets this experience apart from all others were the staff. Stop it, how good they were, smiling, welcoming and service-minded. You couldn't hear them saying the same thing several times every evening. They did a fantastic job. Even the children's juice was explained - even though they basically don't care. But no, it was explained as if it were for those interested. It was a pleasure to be in their company.

09/04/2025: Rigtig god oplevelse - ok betjening fin chablis og lækkert mad til rimelige priser - vin måske lige til den dyre side med kalkule på ca 5
