30/03/2024: We have enjoyed a delicious Easter lunch in Weis Stue for the past three years and it has always been a wonderful experience. Delicious classic chrome, extremely friendly and professional service and then the most beautiful historical surroundings and atmosphere - right in the heart of beautiful Ribe. We are already looking forward to next year.
29/03/2024: I would like to point out that this is a review of their restaurant
A cozy little place with lovely delicious food, however there was arugula in the one dessert we got.
When we arrived we just had to wait 5 minutes for our table to be ready.
We were served by a nice lady who took her time at each table and was happy to tell us about the different things. Unfortunately, she was not the fastest we met, even asking to get dessert, she did not come down and offer us dessert.

19/03/2024: Very comfortable rooms but not all with a view of the Fjord. Superb restaurant with a choice of fixed menus but you can choose the courses you would like. Staff are very polite and the atmosphere is relaxed.
17/03/2024: Nice stay. Everything was super nice. However, it was fully booked in the restaurant, so next time we will remember to book a table together with the stay😊

29/03/2024: The food was really good, but there was far too little of everything. It usually doesn't take much to fill me up, but both my husband and I left hungry. I had Fanø salmon and my husband wiener schnitzel for lunch. There were about 5 spoonfuls of food in my plate and it was a shame because it tasted really good. Unfortunately, the price is very high compared to the amount of food😊

Always good classic old fashioned food. Really nice service. Even experienced the waiter not wanting a tip because she had made a tiny mistake.
On some days, especially in winter, the menu is a bit limited in terms of food. But if you are a company, you can get a special menu.
Located pleasantly facing the Ribe å and by the Riberhus ruin. Quite close to the cathedral too.

07/12/2023: A very hyggelig café in typical Danish style. We were served very friendly and our dog was also welcome.
Unfortunately, dogs are prohibited in most shops and restaurants. Not a problem in summer, but in autumn/winter it's nice to sit in the warm for once.
We had a wonderful cappuccino and a very tasty apple pie.
We will come back and I can wholeheartedly recommend Kaffe huset 😊

29/03/2024: We actually discovered it by chance and stopped there for a coffee on the way home from the beach. Friendly and attentive service, nice atmosphere, although we didn't eat anything (this time).
21/03/2024: Wonderful restaurant. We booked breakfast twice for our vacation and were warmly welcomed in the restaurant. Not only did we adults enjoy the breakfast buffet, the children were also thrilled by the variety. For the evening we ordered fries with chicken skewers for the children and were served a gourmet meal, very lovingly prepared even for the little ones. We each had a two-course meal and have never eaten as well as in this restaurant. The service was very attentive and spoke a little German, very good English and of course Danish. We are excited! High prices, but within Danish standards and anyone who dines in other restaurants in Denmark knows the prices.

16/03/2024: Super delicious lunch spread and fantastic service.
15/03/2024: The marina is a bit hidden, in a cool way.
At the far end of the pier with a view of boats, the fjord and the city in the background.
We got a classic steak béarnaise with fries and some delicious greens.
The steak was well prepared and tasty, the bear ice cream deliciously sour, good texture and nice and warm. For the steak I had a good glass of red wine.
For dessert we had a beautiful, delicate lemon fromage with both crunch and air.
super beautifully served and lovely sour and sweet...
We were well and sweetly served by the Marina's servants.
We will come again when the sun is a little higher and the heat lasts until the evening

30/08/2023: Secluded resturant, with really good fish!
17/08/2023: This place is the place where you should buy smoked fish. The fish is really good and they used real fire wood to smoke (not only industrial smoke). They are also really friendly. Compare to the one at Ærøskøbing it is absolutely much better. Take the time to come to Marstal harbor !

19/03/2024: We took a short break here for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the food and the ambience. A small, cozy cafe that we used for a late lunch. We had nachos with cheese gratin, the beef burger, cheese fries and the tuna sandwich. All dishes were freshly prepared and were very tasty. The price of the food is reasonable and also cheaper than in neighboring cities. We will make a note of the café for our next visits.
