29/08/2024: A beautiful day and a beautiful place. First taste some coffee and homemade cakes. After all, I had read about that. However, the season is over and there is no more baking. When I said that the home-made pastries in particular were a disappointment because I was so curious, there was an immediate solution. In private, the friendly lady still had a baking from the day before. If I wanted to taste that. It was delicious and so sweet of this lady. So it was still an excellent start to the walk. Wear good shoes because you will be walking on cobblestones along the beach. Had a great run.

26/12/2024: It is always a pleasure to go to Vejle Center Hotel. Extremely good service across the board. The reception can handle everything, and always provides perfect service. The rooms are nice and clean, and nothing is missing.
The location is perfect, whether you want to go to the center or a trip out into nature, everything is right outside the door. Parking is also easy right next to the hotel.
Highly recommend the hotel. And we will definitely come again.

31/12/2024: The coffees are delicious, with a rich aroma and perfect consistency that makes each sip enjoyable. It has a calm and incredibly beautifully decorated interior, creating a cozy ambiance. The view from the window seat is extra peaceful and spacious, adding to the overall charm. We are glad we had our last coffees of the year here during our memorable touristic trip! :)
29/11/2024: The stick caramel dream pastry(vegan) is amazing! Sweet but not overly so, just right and so delicious.
Also had a tomato and avocado sandwich, super delicious as well.
Good coffee, nice atmosphere.

06/11/2024: We were in the Orangerie for "Light in the Dark", and it was busy and actually fully booked. But there is a good atmosphere and mood, so people move together and everyone gets a place. The potato/leek soup was good. Could perhaps be a little warmer, but this is offset by the fact that it is served in old Gisselfelt soup plates with a well-poured glass of wine. This is how soup should be served. A lovely experience.

21/02/2025: Pænt udvalg af cafe retter. Hurtig betjening og servering. Jævn cafe mad. Pommes lidt for stegt. Fik en club sandwich med meget tørt brød og kylling som ikke var helt stegt. Fik den byttet uden besvær tilen kyllingeburger som var god.
