18/10/2025: Cozy little cafe with a nice atmosphere. The girls behind the counter were nice, and the food tasted great, and there was plenty of it. We couldn't finish it, and one of the girls asked if we wanted it in a bag to take home. We didn't want it, but it was nice of her to ask. The prices were completely fair. Healthy place, with the opportunity to try something new. Thank you.

10/10/2025: In the middle of the coffee shop, you can get it. Morgenmaden was fantastic, very light, and there was a lot of forskellige muligheder. Fra croissant and bread with yoghurt and pandekager, æg and smørbart, nødder and frugt. Betjeningen was super cheap. And you can see the angels, Dansk and Tysk, he communicates with the problem. 18/10/2025: The place is well visited ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ First time at an Italian restaurant – and definitely not the last! 🇮🇹 We had both lamb and wild boar, and wait a minute… it tasted excellent! The lamb was tender and juicy, the wild boar had a nice deep flavor, and the sauces were just right in the cupboard. The garnish wasn’t exactly my taste, but never mind – the meat and sauce more than made up for it. The dessert, “Tortino di Mele”, came in like a little bird’s nest with ice cream and apples – tasted great and rounded off the evening in just the right way. 🍏🍨 The waiters were smiling, fast and super friendly – ​​you felt really welcome. The food came quickly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the place was well visited (which says it all). All in all: a really good experience – we will definitely be back! 🙌

11/09/2025: There were 4 of us on a trip to Helnæs, and the only place where you could get lunch was at Helnæs Kro. We were given the menu as soon as we arrived, and it all looked good, but we were also offered 4 times plaice, just arrived, completely fresh. We accepted that offer and spent the waiting time drinking some absolutely wonderful beers from Midtfyns Bryghus. The plaice arrived and they were absolutely tasty and with good sauce and potatoes. Good service meant that we also ordered desserts and here we were not disappointed either, quite the opposite. We left happy.

17/12/2025: We ate here for the second time today. Very friendly welcome. Dogs are allowed in the restaurant and were immediately given water. The pizza and pasta were both delicious. We didn't have to wait long for our food. We'll be back. Thank you! 😘

31/10/2025: As a frequent traveler, I have been to this cafe several times in the past year. It's a nice place; the service is good. Unfortunately, they don't know how to make coffee. I ordered a flat white several times, and what I got looked and tasted like a filter coffee where they just poured the milk in (see my uploaded picture). They have a professional portafilter but seem not to know how to use it properly. Please let a barista show you how to use the machine correctly and how to foam the milk properly. Thanks!

07/12/2025: Cozy old restaurant located in the city's pedestrian street. Good, well-cooked food and friendly service. Dec. 2025 Christmas lunch with work, delicious traditional homemade Christmas food.

28/10/2025: Classic Danish food. Tried to make with love. My shrimp cocktail was super delicious. My husband's chicken salad was tasty but very small compared to. Got winerschnitzel which was fried TOTALLY dead and more black than brown. A measly anchovy on a teaspoon of horseradish and a thin slice of lemon.. dry and chewy. Got NO offer of coffee or dessert.. After a few tries we caught a waiter, and well yes she could make coffee... Uhhhh.. But beautiful old house.. needs some cleaning and washing of windows/curtains and some fresh air..

10/12/2025: Huge selection of freshly baked rolls, bread and cakes. Whether you buy a Wienerstang, a strawberry cake or a rum ball, the quality is top notch.

27/08/2025: It was very friendly and pleasant to browse Danish baked goods there. We were also satisfied with the prices.

30/10/2025: Really cosy café and so good food, got the most amazing vegetarian pie and delicious salad on the side. Servers good romkugler as well

08/10/2025: Among other things, I bought a framed picture, both wrapped in a foil bag with a price tag on it that said 40 kr. A few days later I discovered that 140 kr had been deducted for the picture. The store explains that there should be 2 price tags, one with 40 kr for the picture and one with 100 kr for the frame, and apologizes that one must have fallen off. When I pointed out that they should have stated this at the checkout, rather than just entering a different price than the one on the item, I was told that I could come and return both items if I wanted my money back. But I don't think it's fair that I should be fined for a mistake on the part of the store. Furthermore, I live in Roskilde, 119 km and a Great Belt bridge away, and therefore will have an expense associated with it. Of course, I have written to them about this in the correspondence we have had, but they have chosen not to respond.

02/01/2026: Very friendly service. Plenty of tables outside. It gets crowded inside the snack bar when the weather is bad.

28/12/2025: Classic Danish hot dog right on the Flensburg Fjord. Annie's Kiosk has been an institution for many decades, but at the end of the day, it's a solid hot dog in a beautiful setting.

14/12/2025: We had Christmas lunch at Næsbyhoved kro, and it was really good actually. ☺️ The food was super good, and the staff was as nice and service-minded as you could dream of. Then a DJ Grandpa came along, who played way too loud, solely with dancing in mind. And we could have thought better of chatting with the company. You could also see that other people were starting to leave. But otherwise everything was perfect. 👍🏻🤩

11/12/2025: Good food, beautiful setting - lovely staff who seemed to be busy. Not everyone was offered cognac and baileys etc., they were more busy going to the tables with soda and beer, even though you had asked for a table with take-your-own...
