21/10/2024: Always delicious with some bread or cake from the local baker, some would think they are Funen's best 😋 always a smile and a good atmosphere, the prices are as they should be in today's society

25/09/2024: We were you at the end of August when you had just opened - I think it was 16/8. We hadn't booked a table - and were told that everything is taken - We arrived right outside the door - where a nice girl said there was room at a table for 6 - but where only 2 sat. It was so cozy and we spoke to the two from Zealand as if we had known each other for several years. We will be back at the end of October and we will definitely visit you again :-)

22/09/2024: We had tappas and duck burger. Both parts were extraordinarily delicious. We will come again the next time we come to Rudkøbing.

03/12/2024: The service was okay and the atmosphere was good. However, the food was a bit boring and I probably expected more. Ordered two cocktails which were not very good either and tasted way too much of alcohol. They lacked balance. In terms of price, it is also a bit expensive. I give 4 stars as I think there is room for improvement but a cozy place.

30/11/2024: I had high expectations for the place and was looking forward to their fish buffet, but I left with a huge disappointment. We start out by waiting for 25 minutes before we order drinks, even though the waiters passed by several times, by the way, it is very expensive compared to what you get served. I wouldn't call it a fish buffet either, far from it. Yes, there was salmon (no hot dishes), eggs and prawns, fried fish fillets and a couple of smoked shellfish, nothing that you can't get elsewhere. So if it is a fish buffet in the eyes of the owner, I may well have my doubts as to whether he actually knows what a fish buffet is... DKK 1006. thrown right out the window. A fish restaurant in the eyes of a goose, though without fish 🤣, but instead serves sausage and collard greens The staff were welcoming when we entered the restaurant, but that is probably the only positive thing about the evening... Hope the owner sees this.... impressive that the place has 4.6 stars... Have people even tasted real and good food before???? I don't think I'll be back... Practice.

15/11/2024: An incredible place, everything I expect from a coffee, served by real coffee connoisseurs, they have coffee from Brazil, Mexico etc, you can drink there and talk or buy freshly ground coffee. Really good service, I would like more places like this in Esbjerg ♥️🇩🇰☕

11/10/2024: Nice restaurant in Sonderborg, food is good, portions are small and the cocktails are amazing. Unfortunately we weren't fully satisfied as it was difficult choosing the dishes of the menu. First or all there is no English menu, would be helpful to have some ready for foreign guests. Second, the restaurant was very unflexible when you wanted to swap the dishes of the menu. From the menu card it looked like you could freely chose, but that wasn't the case. For the 3 course there is just one option possible, otherwise you take the 5 courses and get all 5 dishes. Very confusing and not what I am used to from a higher class restaurant. Too bad. Still good enough to have a great evening, will consider twice if I should come back.

22/11/2024: Har brugt Café Biografen i en menneskealder og har altid fået lækker mad og super betjening. Der er så kommet nyt menukort og jeg bestilte den eneste burger på kortet. Bøffen var stegt så tør at den skreg på fugt. Pomfritterne var blege, men til gengæld kolde🙄 Min kæreste fik en gedesalat der mest af alt mindede om hakkelse til kvæg. Som jeg måtte sige til personalet var oplevelsen en glimrende reklame for McD. Heldigvis er der alternativer i Odense til næste frokost.

22/10/2024: My group went here for an early brunch. We ordered at the bar and then food came fairly quickly after. I definitely enjoyed the Bogart brunch (especially the potato rosti), and appreciated the generous portion of bread that came with it. The only thing I didn't love was the smoked salmon mousse; the actual salmon pieces were good but fish-flavored mousse is just an odd texture for me, personally. But others in my group liked it, so it just depends on your preference. I also had the latte, which came with a tasty tiny biscotti. The decor was also very interesting to look at since it's connected to an Indie movie theater.

15/11/2024: Visited the place to have a lunch. The welcome was friendly, warm and accommodating when we arrived and throughout the visit. There is a nice selection of menus. Not too much and not too little. Perfectly fit. We sat by the window with a view of the pond. We ordered a lunch steak and a shooting star. The food was really delicious, and composed with consideration for quality and taste. The shooting star was beautifully arranged, and a taste experience that has not been tried before. After the meal we were offered a tour and got to see everything and hear the history of the place. The place is full of soul and has a romantic aura. A perfect place for a wedding, confirmation or similar. You can sail there in the summer season. Can highly recommend visiting Restaurant Damende.

29/10/2024: Fantastic location. Beautiful premises. Incredibly well prepared menu. Professional and cordial staff.

11/07/2024: Cozy and hyped cafe. Only managed to taste the coffee which stands out in a good way. Delicious taste. However, a bit expensive compared to other places. Would be great to have the correct opening times recorded online as I showed up on Sunday to no avail. Lots of potential and super good concept.

17/06/2024: Nice coffee place with quality coffee, tasty cakes, friendly service and cozy decor. Easy to drop in when the trip goes to Vejle's pedestrian street - highly recommended
