18/08/2026: A wonderful restaurant! The food was delicious. There were 11 of us there, and everyone loved it. The service was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

20/08/2026: The wedding day ended with a dinner at Madrick. ​I asked AI to write a review of the place based on the keywords: great atmosphere, ad lib, sublime food, great service and no reason to stop at the hot dog cart on the way home. ​Here's what it spat out, and honestly... it hit the spot: ​"If you're looking for a restaurant with fantastic food, an open bar and a completely informal and warm atmosphere, then Madrick is the obvious choice. ​The food is absolutely exceptional – tasty, well thought out and prepared with great love. The portions are so generous and filling that the thought of stopping by the hot dog cart on the way home doesn't even cross your mind. The ad libitum concept runs smoothly, so the glasses are never empty, and the service is warm, present and full of enthusiasm. ​Rick, Oliver and the rest of the team create a wonderful balance between towering quality on the plate and a relaxed, cheerful atmosphere in the room." A place we'll definitely come back to :)

14/06/2026: This, ladies and gentlemen, is nothing short of a gem. As a birthday present, my sweet daughter treated me to lunch at Madrick, a place I didn't know about before, but wait, what a discovery. We ordered chicken salad with bacon and cucumber, a salmon tartare with red onion and Jerusalem artichokes, and Christiansøpigen herring with egg salad. It was accompanied by the most delicious rye bread and a homemade focaccia that was on par with the rest. I was already sold at the first bite. Pure explosions of flavor, and I could almost hear the angels singing. I can't praise the kitchen highly enough. The portions are generous, you'll be full, and the whole thing sits right in the cupboard. An incredible experience. Thank you so much to Madrick and its staff for a truly fantastic service and experience.

16/09/2026: We had a wonderful evening at The Eatery. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everything was incredibly fresh. The fries are amazing, so crispy and thick. The fish is also fresh and incredibly succulent. Definitely go there, it's worth it. It's one of the best restaurants in Blåvand.

15/09/2026: The price/performance ratio is not right for me. Charging €25 for a small burger with dry and oversalted fries is outrageous. And I won't even mention the drink prices.

31/08/2026: What a lovely atmosphere! It's absolutely charming and very well soundproofed. There's also a beautiful terrace. A very warm welcome, and they speak English. Remember to book. It was full, but we were lucky as a party of two. It's best to walk, as parking nearby isn't easy. We opted for the two-course set menu: one course was a starter and main, the other a main and dessert. The stuffed chicken was excellent, flavorful, but very generous. The starter was refined, with delicious warm bread. We weren't as keen on the dessert, which we found rather bland. The HPI beer from Odense was very good, as was the cider. A very good place to eat.

28/08/2026: We paid €63 for two pizzas, a beer, and a glass of red wine. The pizzas were okay, and we were full. The atmosphere and service were generally fine. Reservations are recommended.

21/08/2026: As a family of four, we ordered 4 pizzas. Fifty minutes after ordering and following multiple reminders, we finally received the first one. Ten minutes later, the second one arrived, and after another 10 minutes, our children finally received their food. The waiter told us there was a mistake with our order (really?), but didn't even offer an apology. When paying, I expected a discount that was never offered. Honestly, I have eaten frozen pizzas better than that. Nice be seated outside

Whether you come here on Wednesday for a burger and a mug of beer or you meet with colleagues for a Friday after-work toast to wash the dust off your throat. 13/09/2026: Great place to drink beer. And there are many to choose from. There is something for everyone. Almost always live music in the evenings on weekends.
