07/10/2025: The food arrived quickly and was delicious.
It was very cozy outside on the terrace in the sun. Unfortunately, the inside was more like a cafeteria, lacking in comfort.
29/09/2025: Fast, polite and efficient service. You feel seen and welcome. The fact that there was also water for the dog does not detract.
The food came quickly and is at the better end of what Blåvand has to offer.
In terms of price, Eatery is comparable to many similar places.
The place is worth recommending and I would gladly come again.

24/10/2025: Picked it up spontaneously in the rain and storm.
Very friendly staff. Ordering is available in three languages (German, English, and Danish).
Cozy interior.
Huge portions and very tasty.
Completely satisfied, and very fair prices for Denmark.
An absolute highlight!
We'd gladly go again!

16/07/2025: Had high expectations for the coffee but was disappointed. The cappuccino was watery and tasted almost like milk. We ordered a cake which took 25 minutes to get, even though we went in and asked twice. They had forgotten it after all. No apology or anything like that, just: Well, that was boring.
I won't be going here to drink coffee again.

Very friendly staff, it was our first time here.
The beer was very good. Many beers on offer, including some lesser-known and rare ones.
The double mocha was delicious, along with an ice cream, just my taste. Prices were normal for Denmark.
We'd be happy to come back.
We were here on a Thursday evening in September.
26/09/2025: Today we were there just for a snack and a drink before dinner.
Super cozy, super good service.
Today we had Gin hash and nachos super delicious. Really delicious.
Have also eaten here many times.
A place I can highly recommend and a place I, as a local, am not afraid to recommend to outsiders

Our friends were also thrilled.

23/09/2025: It is a delicious food you get on your plate when you come to Restaurant Resume. I love when I am spoiled by exciting dishes that look exciting and taste great. Try a wine menu for a 5 course menu, it is worth an experience. It is a taste experience when food and wine are put together correctly. The food and wine are presented and any questions are answered with a smile. There is good and polite service. The little blue former church is definitely worth a visit, a place to visit again.

14/09/2025: After a long day of travel, we dined here on a Sunday evening. The restaurant is across from our hotel and has a charming interior. We were given a quiet spot and were politely served in English. The food arrived quickly: we both opted for pizza and lemonade, which were exactly what we expected. A nice touch: by showing our room card, we received a 10% discount thanks to the hotel's partnership.

11/08/2025: A welcoming, family-friendly place in one of Denmark's most charming villages.
A few dishes, carefully prepared and served: a couple of meat options and a couple of fish options, always accompanied by generous side dishes and tasty sauces. The vegetarian risotto was a pleasant surprise: creamy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
The desserts aren't unforgettable, the wine list is decent, and the price is more than fair.
Recommended.

06/08/2025: There is a lot of talk about AUTHENTICITY… At Hindsgavl this is delivered: the feeling of a manor house, service to the UG with crosses and snakes like a real gentleman, no strange new-fashioned inventions with gimmicks - on the other hand, "From the field to the table" is lived up to, whether it is the beautiful flower decorations everywhere or the menus of the day, where the extremely well-tended herb garden provides a considerable supplement.
The attempt to find just a little swindle has NOT been successful…….
