22/09/2025: Three of us went there for dinner today. The ambiance was great (retro), and the service was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to this standard. Thin fish, consisting of equal parts breadcrumbs and fish, excessive, dry, crispy fried poultry, and an overall bland flavor spoiled our appetite. Overall, unfortunately, not recommended.

22/09/2025: A must! During the season, however, you should be polite and reserve a table in advance—otherwise, you'll quickly be turned away, even if not all the tables are occupied. The kitchen and service staff clearly want to please their guests and prioritize that over mere money.

09/10/2025: They have a menu in German and English. It's more like fast food to go plus an ice cream parlor. Prices are reasonable, even a bit cheap for Denmark. You order at the counter and pick up yourself. It might be a bit slow during peak season, but the wait isn't long during off-season.
09/10/2025: Every time we're on the island, at least one visit is a must. The food is always delicious, including Stjerneskud.

14/09/2025: A really cute, cozy cafe. When the weather's nice, you can sit outside right by the river. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious at fair prices. We'd love to come back.

Do you need to know about food when you go out to eat here? No, they have it completely under control for you.
Everything is made to order, you feel seen and welcomed by the staff.
Wine and food taste great together, you can taste and see that every detail has been thought of 🌸
Would recommend Aagaard Kro at any time, whether it's á la carte or the gourmet menu

13/09/2025: Lovely place. My girlfriend and I have visited Madindustrien several times and enjoy it just as much every time because of the quality food and not least the excellent service you experience from the staff. This time we were recommended a super delicious dessert wine by the staff which just lifted the experience to a new level.
