22/09/2026: The food and service were top notch. Personally, I love the idea of ​​choosing my own dishes from the 8 on the menu. Even though choosing is always a bit difficult! If I had to highlight one dish, it would have to be the Pork which was exceptionally well-cooked and tasted heavenly… however, the wine served with it 🍷 was too special for my taste buds… but that didn’t ruin the experience in any way!

30/08/2026: There aren't many bakeries on the island. This one is a real highlight: a very good selection of bread and rolls, all delicious and crispy. The staff are very friendly and helpful; my clumsy attempts to order in Danish were easily forgiven with friendly replies in German. I really like this bakery; it enhances our holiday experience!

12/08/2026: A restaurant where we enjoyed spending time during our vacation. We really enjoyed the food and drinks and felt very comfortable there. We've tried many dishes there and have always been satisfied. It's truly a place we'll return to again and again. We're already looking forward to autumn.

11/08/2026: The restaurant is well-run. The food is really very well prepared. The wine selection isn't bad. That was really good. However, and this is why I'm deducting a point, I think a restaurant with such ambitions absolutely must pay attention to its restrooms. Even if none of the staff seem particularly keen on it. Hygiene and toilet paper are essential!

18/06/2026: Having recently moved to Denmark, I’ve been exploring local restaurants, and Pilen Pizzaria has quickly become one of my favorites. The pizza I had yesterday was outstanding, and today’s chicken roll was equally delicious. The ingredients taste fresh, the portions are satisfying, and the food is prepared with care. Beyond the food, the service is exceptional. The team is welcoming, attentive, and creates a genuinely pleasant dining experience. It’s rare to find a place that consistently delivers both quality food and great hospitality. Highly recommended to anyone looking for excellent food and friendly service in Odense. I’ll certainly be coming back.

11/05/2026: Have ordered here a few times, and the food is just delicious! Service is also just top notch! The little girl always gets a lollipop from the sweet employee! And they are always smiling!

08/09/2026: A well-located Danish snack bar near the Sylt ferry entrance. Besides hot dogs, the menu also features (sometimes impressive) burgers and fish dishes. Prices are more than acceptable by Danish standards. It's not Michelin-starred cuisine (and nobody would expect that here) – but solid snack bar fare. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and it's self-service; you pick up your food at the counter after your number is called. German is spoken (as is practically everywhere on Rømø), and you can also pay in euros if necessary. The Tuborg Grøn was cold and tasty. The background music, a German radio station, seemed a bit out of place; I don't need that on a Danish holiday. A great snack bar to visit if you don't feel like cooking at your holiday home.

15/08/2026: This was so needed in a place like Esbjerg. It is brave to open such a specialised and serious coffee shop in a traditional town. Delicious coffee, cozy place to stay and warm service. It is also a real flat white with a strong coffee shop. I also appreciate that they asked if it was to go or to stay.

03/09/2026: We went there for lunch. The mussels with fries were delicious, and the fish cakes were good too. The ladies do a great job at fair prices.
